They arrived when arranged. Work was done well and quickly. Constant checking once done to see if there was more to do and if I was happy with the work done.

Very well. Estimate was timely. Offered suggestions throughout the project. Price very fair. One of the owners visited job site to get electricians started to make sure there were no snafus. Electricians were excellent,professional and hard workers. When a fixture didn't arrive( my fault) they came back out promptly. Great operation top to bottom.

Our power kept surging and going out. We knew there was an issue in the basement but did not know where or how to correct it. We have an older home (circa 1969) that has seen a lot of and quot;home-redoand quot;, that did not have the infrastructure to support all of the electronics, computers, tvs, cable boxes, cell phones, etc... in our home with 5 people all with their own set of same.

Company first performed an inspection and repair on our heat tape on December 6, 2013. The appointment was scheduled and serviceman arrived on time, if not five minutes early. He was friendly, professional, and knew his stuff. He replaced a section of the heat tape with a splice kit that worked perfectly. For two hours worth of work and the part, $127.00. You can't beat that for a professional electrician. Flash forward to January 10, 2013. Had another unrelated issue with same heat tape. Was able to make an appointment for the next day (Jan. 11, 2013). They called with the time, and low and behold, showed up at that time. Again, serviceman was friendly, professional and knew his stuff. Spent 45 minutes tracking down a faulty circuit. Replaced said circuit. Just received the bill - $0.00. TWO THUMBS-UP for these guys. We'll definitely be using them for our future remodeling project(s). Or any other electrical issues that come up for that matter.

The experience was good; the people were nice and really good. The guy who came to our house had a lot of good ideas and did a nice job. They were nice in the office and good to communicate with. The parts were very expensive but their labor price was reasonable.

Very prompt response to my inquiry

This is an excellent company from administration to service techs! Earlier in the week, I had called a different company and no one ever showed up. So, I called Haveman late on a friday and they were so helpful and accommodating. I explained to Kathy (secretary) and Bill (owner) that I was at a vacation house only until monday and was hoping to get some fixtures installed quickly. They were so nice and were able to get an electrician to my house 8am that monday! Scott, the electrician was on time, very professional, efficient, and helpful. He installed 2 new light fixtures in existing kitchen and bath locations. The bigger challenge was to hang a chandelier in a dining area that previously had NONE. I couldn't have been happier with Scott's work! He cut, drilled and created a new hole and centered it perfectly, with very little mess. My chandelier looks fantastic! I think the price was great for the work done, $200. They billed me later for the work, which i think is fantastic in today's world. It's great to find an honest, friendly, dependable company that services my small town. I will definitely use them again!

After researching Angie's List, I called Haveman Electrical Services. Kathy listened to my needs and was very helpful. She turned me over to Bill who was able to give me a ballpark estimate for the detailed information that I provided. The actual invoice was $30.00 less. Kathy called the following week with the date and time for the work to be done. Mark was right on time. He was very professional and cleaned up the areas that he worked in with a vacuum. I would absolutely use Haveman Electrical again! I am one very satisfied customer!

They're great. He's real patient and real professional. The price was excellent too - they came in under their estimate. I would definitely use him again in the future.

It was a very good experience. They are the ones I still use if I have any problems. We have used them for several years and never had a problem.

They are very punctual, I would highly recommend him. When I need electrical work that is who I'm going to call. He is very professional and nice.

He came right out after I called. He told me it wasn't my house, but the electric company. He had the girl in their office call the electric company for me. About an hour later the electric company came out and fixed it. And he didn't charge me a dime.

I called, a lady answered was very friendly. Sent out a repair man the next day. He was nice and knowledgeable. I would call them again.

They were wonderful. The last visit was an emergency call. They give excellent estimates which they then meet. They came right away for the emergency. They are particularly adept at working with old houses. I live in the area where they are located and they are very, very good at working with the wiring in old houses. The workers were wonderful. Everything is fine. I would absolutely use them again.

Overall the process was excellent. Starting with scheduling the estimate, Bill (owner) was very accomodating to meet during a time that fit my schedule. The estimate I received was not only a better price than others but a better solution for how the work was performed. The service upgrade was in a very tight space that others did not want to use but was best for the property. Haveman's team showed up exactly on time, and did the work very professionally. It went so well we have already used them again for additional services. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from beginning to end

Had a ground fault problem with a basement outlet. Technician arrived on time and quickly identified the problem: improper installation by the previous homeowner. The technician clearly explained the problem and the needed solution. He also recommended checking additional circuits and found similar issues throughout the basement. He was present for approximately three hours and fixed all the improperly grounded circuits. Very professional and thorough.

This is a long-term relationship, not a one-time service.

They did an excellent job. They happened to be in the area when I first called and the owner came to my home within an hour of my call. He quickly resolved that the main breaker panel was more than sufficient and did not need to be replaced. He also fixed a problem with my pool spa bubbler in 5 minutes flat that the pool man had worked over an hour on. He needed to order additional parts to replace some breaker panel fuses and left. The electrician then returned a few days later with the parts and on-time. He then fixed an outdoor light and the fuse box. Afterwards, he started eliminating items off of my electrical wish list that I needed done but were not on the original request (new pool light location, add safety outlets to 2 bathrooms, add new refrigerator outlet). All were completed in the next couple of hours. Excellent job. I would strongly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Overall, the project went smoothly. I worked with Bill Haveman, who apparently has done a number of these types of installations. Probably the most impressive thing about him, apart from his obvious knowledge of the subject, is that he listens to what you want and tries to accommodate you. Because of the layout of my house, the generator could not go in the "preferred" place (next to the gas meter): wires had to be fed the entire length of the house. He explained clearly what had to be done. (Note: Although the project is conceptually straightforward, this is definitely NOT a DIY project). The work was accomplished in a day. The two employees who did the work "busted their chops" to get it done. The result was a very clean installation. I would heartily recommend Haveman to anyone needing electrical work.

They are great, very professional, polite and are good to clean up when they are finished. I have had them do work many times and will continue to have them do work for us.

The serviceman arrived and saw what was happening. I had already called the power company and they had checked the outside service and told me to have an electrician check inside. He quickly went to the circuit box, found the problem fixed it checked to see that he had solved the problem and left. About a half hour.

Great experience with estimate and recommended work. Was unable to complete due to Consumers Energy restrictions.

I WENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A GOOD HISTORY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME. THE COSTS WERE DECENT AND THE WORK WAS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
