Terry was very patient and friendly. Listened to what we needed and took care of us. Explained what he was doing and why and what he discovered. I felt relieved that we have found a trusted professional we can count on for additional work. We couldn't be more pleased. This company will get any work that we need going forward!

The electrician was professional and patient. Not only did he figure out a tricky problem with our garden lights but he also made lots of little repairs like providing bulbs for a variety of different under-cabinet and in-cabinet lights that didn't match. He spent a lot of time here and made a couple of runs for odd bulbs and parts. He did a great job for us!

Ed and Mike were right on time getting here and were very professional. They did a very neat job and cleaned up after themselves. They explained what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and answered the questions we had about the work to be done. Would definitely use Haveman electric again.

Electrician did an excellent job, Steady worker. explained when necessary. Gave valuable advice. Electrician is back again today installing heat wires on roof to prevent ice damage. I trust them. I always have a bit of sticker shock but am sure the work is worth it.

It is always good. He has done all of our work for a long time. They are always very professional and prompt. They do a good job. The cost is reasonable. I don't do a lot of comparison shopping for that but it seems reasonable. I will definitely continue to use them.

The company is busy so it took a couple weeks to schedule the appointment. On the day of service 2 workers arrived right on time and finished the job that day. The worker were easy to have around, very approachable and cleaned up any mess they made. I'd hire them again in a minute. The cost was exactly per the estimate that Tom Haveman gave me ahead of time.

Haveman responded quickly to my request, showed up on time and did exactly what was asked. I would definitely use them in the future.

Great, they were quick and fixed the issue and fixed our smoke alarms so they were connected because the one wasn't connected to the other house alarms.

Straight-forward job, and the electrician (Mark) did a great job with it. Had to tromp-around in our attic filled with blown-in fiberglass insulation... Yuuchhhh! Listened very carefully to my wife's instruction and got the ceiling fan exactly where she wanted it--and I have NEVER installed anything how/where she wanted it! Absolutely the nicest guy ever did the installation (Mark). Very helpful, skilled and polite. We will always use Haveman for any electrical work in the future.

I called Haveman Electrical up and within 30 minutes Terry was knocking on my door. I had a list with several problems and Terry handled all of them within 1 hours time. Terry was completely professional, kind and courteous! I would definitely call them again with any more electrical problems.

We have used them two times in the last year. They are great. They are very responsive, even when I call their office. They were very honest about how busy they were and when they would be here, and they were right on the money on what they said. The people they sent both times were efficient, clean and friendly. They were just everything I would want when I ask somebody to come to my house to do something for me. The prices were very reasonable. They did a lot of work and worked very quickly. They didn't tie up our house, and just got it done and were on their way. They are first class. I consider him my electrician.

The fix went fantastically. The power failure was not immediately after the line was cut, but on Sunday night at 5pm. We called Haveman, and within an hour we had the on-call service person on site. He quickly found the cut line and repaired it. He certainly didn't want to be with us on a Sunday night, but did a professional assessment of the problem, and fixed it.

I have used Haveman Electrical for several jobs now and have always been very happy with them. This time was no exception. The guys did a great job at moving all the furniture out of the way and cleaning up. They showed up on time (as always) and though the job was quoted as taking three hours to complete, they were done in an hour and a half! I usually have Terry as my service person and he is excellent; really seems to know his stuff and always a pleasure to chat with! The owner(s) are always happy to help out if needed and have even been known to come out to change a bulb for me at no charge. I can't say enough great things about this company. I wouldn't use any other electrician. From their office staff to their service people, they are very professional. Haven't received a bill yet so Iand quot;m guesstimating on the price…but they are always very reasonable on the price; I never feel like I've gotten overcharged. Another thing I appreciate it is they always give me great advice on the best, most inexpensive option for replacing existing lighting, etc.

I confirmed an appointment on Monday March 11 that an appointment was open at 2:00 p.m. on March 12. I altered my schedule to accommodate this appointment. No one should showed and the time was after 2:30 p.m. There was no phone call or contact from the team member. I called the office and spoke with the receptionist and confirmed that the previous job had taken longer, but professionalism, in my humble opinion, requires such an courtesy. I was transferred to the owner to whom I explained the situation and my request for a discount as compensation my time, which was granted. I would have canceled the job otherwise and his consideration saved the job and my future business. A different team member was assigned to the task and arrived shortly after my call to the owner was complete. His name was Terry and was an EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL. The job was completed to my satisfaction. I recommend Haveman Electrical Services to anyone requiring such work.

It could not have gone better. Terry was knowledgable, fast, and very personable. We enjoyed his visit, and having our oven work again. (At the time of this review, I have not received a bill for the service provided and cannot comment on the cost.)

I called and talked with the lady who answered the phone. She was nice and polite. I inquired about the rates and she provided me with some basic helpful information. They seemed reasonable. She said she could have Tom call me to provide me a more specific quote and I said yes. He never called. I called a couple says later and was told a message would be left for Tom to call me. Nothing. I called a few days later and was told a message would be left for Tom and he would for sure call me. That was at least 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear from Tom. Maybe they don't like money?

Haveman Electrical Services, Inc. was on time, they were very professional. Their charges were reasonable and he actually looked at another issue that I have been thinking about getting corrected. It was a pleasant experience and I would use them again.
