Description of Work: The work are: |1, Front gutter cleaning and gutter shield installation. Gutter sealing/repair (came to rework a few times, but still leaking). |2, Gable vent repair(quoted replacement of the whole vent with a new one, but did not; instead replaced a damage wood only, but still charged the same amount). |I am not satisfied with the work quality and cost. I will not use this provider in the future.

Description of Work: I called Michigan Handyman to clean my gutters. After further discussion I decided get new gutters with leaf guards. Brian came out to preview what was needed. The first snow followed by rain postponed the job two weeks. Missed communication about a new installation date led me to seek a new vendor. However, Michigan Handyman did the installation the week of December 6. It took two days, and a third day for them to respond to some minor issues. The installation is very nice and well thought out. The price was reasonable when considering the work involved. I am very pleased with the work and will readily recommend them to others.

 + 0 moreThey were very easy to work with. The guy who came out was very enthusiastic about getting the job done for us. They worked around our schedules (I work midnight shifts). They came out on August 20 and completed the work. They repaired the roof and fixed the service box and risers for their electrical main. The roof was $150. The risers were $700. We were surprised that they were able to complete both jobs for us.
Description of Work: We had a tree fall in our neighbor's yard. It took off some of their singles and pulled down they electrical line. We felt terrible. Unfortunately, homeowner's insurance only covers your property. We were looking for a service provider. It was such small job and most companies wanted to charge $100-150 just to come out. I knew the job was small so I didn't want to pay $150 for an evaluation. I called Michigan's Handyman and they called me back within the hour. They came out for a free estimate the next day (on August 17) I believe.

 + 0 moreInitially I called Michigan handyman for cleaning my gutters. Robert came to my house and advised not to clean them because several areas needs repairs and all the downspouts needs to be replaced. I asked him to provide a quote and the quote along with Sure flow leaf guard was reasonable and competitive. I approved the work. They came in the morning and spent entire day at my house. Robert and his helper both are very professional and explained the entire process before they started their work. Quality of their work is excellent. It rained several times after they installed the gutters and I did not see a single leak. Before I replaced the gutters, there were several leaks. I recommend Michigan Handyman services without any hesitation. I have other remodeling work at my house and I am considering Michigan Handyman to perform that work.
Description of Work: Remove 20 year old rain gutters and install new gutters with Sure Flow leaf guards.

 + 3 moreCalled five other companys all no shows and no call. Called Michigan's handyman 10 am 10/29/12 they called back with proposal around 11:30 same day. I gave go ahead all work was done by Friday 11/04/12. Just had final inspection 12/05/12 building inspector said all work was done how it should be done. If I need any more repairs wont call anybody.
Description of Work: Cleaned gutters & down spouts. Removed 33ft of ridge vent, installed roof cap & five roof vents. Tuckpoint chimney and around porch and side of house. Replaced bricks on chimney and side of house.
