Description of Work: The rep. recognized and fixed some of our problems. however with 2 other problems he seemed like he was avoiding us. one promised revisit never happened and at least 2 phone calls were never returned.

Description of Work: Installed Generac 20kw generator we bought from them. They were great in determining what you needed & did not need. Excellent install process. This is very complicated process so you want someone that is a pro. Also,Thee handled all arrangements/appointments with both power & gas companies. This saves you a major hassle that could consume a significant amount of your time. Great follow-up. Other providers do not do this.Very professional & they really understand customer service.

Description of Work: When the person didn't show up on time for the scheduled appointment, I called. Dennis had me on the phone for 40 minutes; he lost the service order and it took him that long to book another appointment. The next person wasn't on time for the appointment, and when I called, I was told the person scheduled to come to my house was on a call that was taking longer and he wouldn't be able to come. Finally, someone did show up. My low voltage lights weren't working which Thee Electric had installed two years before. He removed the cover of the unit and the lights started working. I had to pay for a service call when he did nothing to fix the problem. He couldn't explain why the lights wouldn't work before and said he did nothing to make them work now. If they didn't work within the next 2-3 days, I could call and they would come back for free. Go elsewhere!!!
