We are a husband-and-wife team of RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS with over 20 years of experience in Southeast Michigan. By law, appraisers are not allowed to give estimates of property value without a legal appraisal report. The process involves seeing the property, doing an analysis, and typing the report. Reports are typically completed within two days of seeing the property. Our fee for reports is dependent on the complexity of the property. You can hire us for private appraisals for estates, divorce, tax challenges, and values to assist with buying and selling properties. Appraisals for mortgages must go through your mortgage company. We do not do commercial real estate. We focus on quality appraisals delivered in a timely fashion.
