We are a small business, a team of two. My son and I specialize in residential brick, block, stone, new construction, masonry repairs, chimneys, porches, and tuck-points. I started masonry work in 2001 and take great pride in my work. Despite being two, we work fast and efficiently, we will not disappoint!

SKM property maintenance has been in business for over 15 years we specialize in home repairs and updates big or small professional staff very fair competitive prices amazing customer service We go above and beyond to make every customer happy every time
"I had a terrible experience with SKM Property Maintenance and owner Doug King. What was promised as a 10-day deck project turned into a 7-month nightmare. Doug was extremely difficult to deal with—unprofessional, unresponsive, and at times, outright bullying. Midway through, he tried to pressure me into paying an extra $5,000 to finish the job. When I refused, progress stopped. I had to serve a Notice of Intent to Sue just to get it completed. To top it off, they placed the old, rotted bench back onto the newly finished deck—completely unacceptable. The lack of accountability and disregard for quality and customer service was shocking. I would never recommend this company. If you're considering SKM, proceed with extreme caution and get everything in writing. My experience was costly, frustrating, and not something I’d wish on anyone."
