Fast and professional.

The first time I called them, they came out quickly and provided a competitive quote to do just the deck and to do the whole house. Our funds were limited, so we had them just do the deck first. They promptly came out and did the work in just a few hours. Once we had enough to cover the cost of doing the rest of the house, we call them again and they were out within a week and wrapped up the rest of the work. They were prompt and competitive in price. Just easy to work with. I'm not a gutter expert, but the quality of their work appears to be very good.

CHRIS CAME OUT TO TALK TO US AND PUT THE BID TOGETHER. WE WANTED TO GUTTER THE SECOND STORY INTO THE MAIN STORY. THE OTHER BIDS WE REC'D DID NOT DO THAT. HE COLOR MATCHED THE GUTTERS TO THE DIFFERENT SURFACE COLORS. WE FELT CHRIS WAS VERY REASONABLE, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, HE DID IT RIGHT. HIS CREW WAS ON TIME AND FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

They gave us an estimate prior to service and were the lowest. They showed up on the date they were supposed to, and hung all gutters in about three hours - in the rain. Haven't had any problems, and the gutters look really good.

He was very informative and nice. When he left, he told me to call him after I looked at the paper work and decided to do the work. We spoke one other time. I told his wife, who takes phone calls for him, that I wanted to do the work with them. She told me that she would get back to me within the week to let me know where I could be fit into their schedule. They never got back with me, even after 3 or 4 follow-up calls from me.

Overall I think things went well, tho we won't know how the ice dam issue will go until the winter, but Chris, our contact and lead foreman was very nice, very professional and negotiated a good price. The electrician had to return the next day due to a problem with a circuit, and the company needed to use more wire than they estimated, but they did not charge us more, and stuck with their original quote, which was great. When my husband noticed a small problem, they quickly resolved the issue and continued on. The guys were very nice, the two electricians were very professional and prompt, and overall they did a very good job. They offer a lifetime warranty, which is great, and when we replace the roof in about six years, they will return to adjust the gutters as need be. They are licensed and insured, and worth the price.

I was happy with the service. The receptionist who scheduled the appointment was pleasant and answered all of my questions. I talked to the gutter cleaning team as they were finishing up. They identified the reason why the gutter over my front porch typically overflowed in heavy rain (collected water due to bowing) and recommended a solution (new downspout to drain the water) which I took them up on (for $40) and which they implemented as agreed on time. I also asked them about other potential drainage problems and was satisfied with their answers. Notably, they didn't try to sell me on any expensive services. When asked, they indicated that the protective covers on my gutters were adequate given the surrounding landscape and that I should clean them about every other year.

I called Gutter Pros to have an estimate on getting our gutters cleaned. When they came out, the manager explained that the covers over the gutters were actually a one piece unit and they could clean the gutters for us but they couldn't re-adjust the covers to where they were before we had new roofs put on. We discussed the two cover options that Gutter Pros carry and decided to have the Leaf Proof covers installed because of all the pine & oak trees we have around our property. I requested them to do our rental property first thing in the morning so I could advise my tenants that they would be getting new gutters installed so they could move their cars ahead of time if need be. I also asked Gutter Pros to give me a 15- 20 minute heads'-up call so I could make sure I had my dogs in the house so the dogs wouldn't have an opportunity to escape our fenced in back yard. Everything I talked to the manager, Chris, was done as I requested. Yes, I'd use this company in the future IF I needed any more work, but hopefully this will be the last time I have to be concerned about having any gutter work done.

Nothing really stood out. They called the next day with the quote. They did a very efficient job and they were on time. I was very, very pleased with them. They did a real good job, I'm glad I found them on Angie's List.

It was amazing how quick and professional the Gutter Pro team was in completing this job. I was completely satisfied and answered any questions that I might have had at the time.

Our house was built without gutters and we needed them! We got a quote from another gutter company whose salesperson used a lot of pressure tactics. Our next quote from Gutter Pro was 1/3 of the other company's price! They did a great job installing all the gutters and downspouts we needed. They work well; we no longer fear the rain; and we're happy we stood our ground and said no to the first company.

I thought they did a good job. It went smoothly. They showed up, did the work, called me over to check it out when they were done, and then left. I thought the price was good as well. There were two people that showed up to do the work and they did take the old gutters with them when they left.

THEY WERE VERY FAST WORKERS. THEY GOT IT ALL DONE IN ONE DAY WITH BARELY NO MISTAKES OR ANYTHING. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THIS WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
