All the guys were very professional. They worked together and knew what they were doing. No one was just standing around. Like that the owner was on the job too. They worked with me on a few changes. The only thing I wish they did was give more than 1 day confirmation. 3 - 5 days would of been better. Definitely would recommend them!!!

Sorry you feel this way, but per our conversation you understood the situation. This job was for Ted [Member Name Removed], your brother. Gutter Pro went to Ted's home on scheduled date, there was no payment at the home time of the job, which was clearly explained to him that we needed at time of job. Ted told them them his brother was paying for the job, and had tried to call but no one returned his calls. I am sorry but we never received a call from you, for what ever reason. The crew let Ted know if he would like to get a hold you while they were there they would wait. He explained you were a doctor and could not be interrupted. So they let him know he could reschedule the job after you had contacted us. Ted then called the office and verbally treated our office person inappropriate, using very distasteful and disgusting language towards her. Owners let Ted know that due to that phone call we would no longer be installing his gutters, he would need to contact another company. Sorry Ted did not explain that. Thank you Gutter Pro

Gutter Pro called the same day I made the request and came two days after I called them. The price was reasonable. They were prompt and professional and cleaned up the all the debris from the gutters when they were through and left everything looking good. I will hire them again.

Awful. The company showed up and parked on my lawn. This would not have been a big deal had they asked, but they simply did it. This was the tip of the iceberg though. The crew said they would be onsite for approximately 2 hours and set to work. They began to wrap up to leave and I decided to walk around and look at the work. It was awful. They did not put any "kickers" at the end of the downspouts to move the water away from the house and did not put a splash guard. The estimator and I specifically discussed the splash guard. When I inquired on the splash guard, the leader asked a crew man to if he was going to put one on. They decided to. I then inquired on the kickers to which the reply was, "We've out of the red. We could put white on there." (see photo) I advised him the water would now be closer to my home than before the gutters were installed. The crew installed the white "kickers" and left (see photo). They didn't say anything to me. Didn't ask if I was all set, just left. I then received a phone call for payment on the job. I advised the representative I would not be paying for the job until the white was replaced with red. She asked if they crew had told me they would return with red and I told her no, they had said nothing. She said they would contact me when they got more red in to replace the gutters but it would be a couple weeks. She, nor the crew, ever apologized for the mismatched colors, parking on my grass, or their rude attitudes. I received a call a couple days later that they had red in and would be out in a few days. Luckily, I had crawled onto my roof to better inspect the workmanship. The covers which I paid an additional $600 to appeared to have been put on by children (see photos). There are gaping holes in the covers which would allow debris in and completely eliminate their usefulness. I advised the rep I also wanted those fixed when they changed out the white kickers. Again no apology. A rep appeared a few days later. I told him ALL that needed to be fixed. He fixed it all and left. No words to me. No apology for any of it. Didn't ask if there was anything else. Didn't ask me to look it over to ensure I liked it. A few days later they called and the first words out of the reps mouth, "Hey, just need a credit card number." Didn't ask if I was happy at all. Just wanted to get paid. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Just look at the photos.

Sorry you had a bad experience, If you look at the estimate that we did for you there are no extensions or splash guards quoted. Red is not a color that is used very often so I had enough to do the downspouts that were on the estimate. They put white on till we could get more red to replace them, so water would not be by your foundation. We were out to change them in two days, and fix the few pieces of screen that were out of line. Thank You

I got my gutters installed a year ago and I need help with some splash guards because there is some overflow. I've had three different dates for them to send a technician but they do not show up or do not call and explain why they did not show up.Yesterday was the third scheduled appt so I called this morning at 9:10 am and left my name and phone # its now 3:pm and I still haven't received a return call...........When they installed the gutters they were on time and did a great job ! But their customer service needs lots of improvement!!!!!

Chris came out quick enough to give a quote. Then I called Jamie to schedule the install and was told I would need to leave a check outside the day of the installation if I wasn't going to be present. They only take cash or check. I thought that was odd and said I would need to be present then for the install if they needed payment immediately upon completion. Then they never called back. Six days later I called them again and asked if they were still interested. They scheduled a time to do the install. I took time off work to be present. An hour and a half after their scheduled appointment and they still hadn't shown up or called me. I called, left a voice mail because no one ever picks up; you always have to leave a voice mail and then wait for a call back. Jodie called back and said Chris had left the shop around 10:30 but she didn't know where he was headed or if he was doing my install first, that he was waylaid due to an unexpected delivery. That's just not how you run a service based business. She asked where I was and if I could wait or come back to the house. By then I had had enough; either do the work and bill me or don't do it. They decided to not do it. Maybe some people are okay leaving a check outside and hoping the work is done to their satisfaction, which is basically prepaying, but not me, especially for $260 and for work being done to my home.

I contacted them along with many other gutter installation companies and they were able to price match and then beat the lowest bidder so I went with them. They were fairly good at responding to Angie's list messages and although the responses weren't what I would call 100% professional they were still to the point and informative. After all the price matching details were out of the way they sent over a team within days and installed everything. It wasn't necessary for me to be there during the installation which was very nice. I was able to give a card number over the phone and they sent out an invoice before charging me. Overall I would highly recommend them, but make sure you shop around for pricing first as it may save you a couple bucks.

I first made contact with Gutter Pro in June, 2015 - the receptionist said they would do a drive by and call back with a quote. This was for a whole-house gutter installation, which I assume would be a good job to get. After not getting a call back, I tried calling and left a lengthy message 2 weeks after the first call. I still haven't heard back; moving onto a new company now.

GutterPro was hired to install gutters and the LeafGuard gutter cover system they offer in the fall of 2014. Installation was mostly uneventful and the new gutters looked good - communication at this time was hit or miss. After a few weeks, I mentioned my concerns with the LeafGuard system as water was bypassing the gutters entirely and washing down the fascia - not good! I requested that their screen product be installed in the areas where the heaviest water flow would be, which they did accommodate. While working in the backyard, I noticed that the cedar siding was pulled away from the house where one of the lower sections of downspouts were mounted. I removed the band holding the downspout and found that the screws used were a bit too long and caught the foundation, which caused the siding to pull away. Not a huge deal but I would have appreciated them either telling me, fixing it, or both. In November, I realized that a 6' section along the side of the house was not installed for some reason during initial installation. At that time, I brought the siding issue in the back of the house to GutterPro's attention but never received an acknowledgment. The missing section was installed but the installers again used screws that were too long and pulled the siding away from the house, even after mentioning this error before. Not thinking I would need to double check their work, the siding sat pulled away from the house all winter long (which is partially my fault for not double checking). In the spring of 2015, I repaired the siding and started to clean the tops of the gutters when I noticed several shingles were ripped. This is a brand new home that went through a very thorough home inspection - there were no defects with any of the shingles on the roof so the tears happened during the installation of the LeafGuard as it sits under the shingles of the roof. Also, with the heavy rains we received, the LeafGuard system was not working as advertised for us - even with keeping the roof and the tops of them clean, water continually bypasses the gutter and washes down the fascia. GutterPro was contacted on June 8th expressing concerns for the LeafGuard failures, the siding issues, and the torn roof shingles and we received a response on the 9th stating someone would be out in a couple of weeks. We followed-up on June 22nd with pictures and video of what happens during a heavy rain. It is now July 1st and no one has been out or followed-up. I have asked that the LeafGuard system be removed and our money refunded. All in all, the gutters themselves appear to be fine but given the lack of attention and damage caused during the installation, my concern level is pretty high that something will eventually fail - I can say without a doubt this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I hope GutterPro stands by their warranty and makes this right.

My initial impression of Gutter Pro was great- the sales pitch was informative, and included a sample of the snap-screen leaf guard and color swatches for the gutters. I felt the initial estimate of $635 was fair and was under the impression that that price included the leaf guards. They called to do a follow-up call a week later, which I appreciated. One issue I had was with communication-- it seemed I could only ever get someone to answer the phone before 1:00 p.m. This was sometimes an issue with my and my husband's work schedule. Service was scheduled and done on-time. However, when the installers came to the house, they were not aware that we requested leaf guards and in fact, stated that this was not included in the quoted price of $635, but would be an additional $213. Still a price I consider to be fair, as we had received quotes for twice as much for the same product. I would caution anyone to be very specific about what the quoted price includes, as the estimates are not broken down very intuitively. (To me, the price in the lower right-hand corner of the quote should be the out-the-door quoted price.) Because we need to keep water away from the foundation of our house, Chris recommended that we have bubblers installed. We requested that those be completed with the install, but were told that the company would not have time to do them any time this summer. Now, my husband has to rent equipment to dig up part of the backyard, when we would much rather just have it professionally done. Additionally, the installers had no idea what we were referring to when asked about how they recommended we do this in our yard. After all is said and done, the gutters do look nice. It hasn't rained yet, so it will remain to be seen how they perform. If it decreases the water coming into our basement, we'll be happy with them. My intial impression of Gutter Pro was great, and I felt like I had found a really great company. It kind of went downhill from there and I am a little disappointed in the overall service.

Overall we were pretty satisfied. The team showed up, asked us if we had any questions, if we wanted to keep the old gutters, etc. and then quickly got to work. Our old gutters were clogged and filthy, but they dealt with them anyways. The new gutters look great and are nice quality. The only issue we had was that our side gate was left open after they finished, which allowed our dog to escape. Thankfully she didn't go far and we got her back.

I am happy with the work, though they left a lot of debris behind, which we didn't discover until this spring after the snow melted. I even found a piece down by road. I don't understand why so much was left behind and why they didn't clean up after themselves. I do have a problem with a corner leak that has always been an issue. I also had a problem with them showing up to perform the work when I was not at home. I think that it should be a courtesy that the provider ensures the customer is at home prior to starting any work.
