TENDER LAWN CARE

Most times the guys are good that come out. I wish that they paid better attention to soaked lawns...tire marks were left. However, once reported the office sent a supervisor to review damage and he had grass pellets put down to re grow the lawn. Last year I had contracted for gardening service especially weed removal. I was disappointed in the service and discontinued it this year.

Tender Lawn Care is a pleasure to do business with. Any problems or questions they are quick to respond and have the problem taken care of. We are in the process of doing some extra landscaping along with adding a patio so we have suspended our service for this year, hope to have them start back up in 2014. You will not be dissatisfied working with this company and they are very competitive with their pricing.

What I like about their work is that the fertilizer is specially formulated for Michigan grass. I have nothing ill to say about that. This is a family owned company. We have no crabgrass now. I can't explained how happy we are. Our lawn looks amazing, which it needed alot of care.

A household dispute prevented the work from being done.

They do great work most of the year - we hire them for lawn care and snow removal. The problem comes every year in late October when the mowing stops and the leaves are still falling. Their visits cut back from every week to every two weeks or more. Our leaves pile up during this time and I either have to bag them myself (live in the city) or let them blow throughout the neighborhood (not very nice to the neighbors who work hard to keep the leaves in their yards to a minimum). If they would provide the appropriate service for this time of year I would recommend them without reservation, but for the past few years I have had this same frustration with their fall lawn care.

An appointment was set up after I sent a request through their web site to request a quote. The representative took her time and made sure we understood all the options. She made sure we understood the benefits of each option so we could decide if the added services were worth the added cost. We are now signed up with our first application done and the lawn is greener with fewer weeds already.

We use Tender Lawn Care for all of our lawn care needs. Every year they do our mowing, fertilizing, wood bark and snow removal. Last summer they put in some planting beds for us as well. Everyone is always very professional and friendly from the office staff to the guys who mow our lawn. They do such a wonderful job and can always be counted on to get the job done. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to help them with their outdoor needs.

Met with Tim regarding lawn care, flower beds, fertilizing and snow plow service. Tim spent over an hour with me explaining the company my yard issues and how they could service my account. Tim is very knowledgable and has his degree in Turfgrass Management. I contracted with him for their services. I was given 3 levels of service of which I could determine my needs as well as my budget. Also, I am on a year round payment plan (optional). The service costs a little more than the previous company and they were a huge disappointment. Also, the response time from online request was extremely prompt and Kristan was very pleasant and helpful regarding to quote appointment. This company takes pride in their customer service. I will report again after Tender Lawn Care service starts.

We have had Tender Lawn Care for nearly 4 years, and they have always done a great job. They are thorough, honest, friendly, and willing to do just about any project that needs to be done. I trust them completely.

Excellent service, great communication, always did what they said they would do. Company went the "extra mile"

Went well. Beds looked very green (from all the weeds). They explained that in order to prevent most of the weeds from returning, they need to spray with a systemic first, then return to pull them. They did return a couple times to complete the job. They always explained what they were going to do, they didn't just come, weed, and bill. I knew that the mulching was on top of the initial estimate; but the final total was kind of a surprise. I have not had to have them return; very few weeds have come through. Probably will have them return for fall trimming of perennials and again for spring clean-up. But don't seem to need an on-going weekly or even monthly touch-up, because the original job was so thorough. There was only one casualty; a beautiful little brunnera was not sprayed, but diasappeared after the pulling and mulching.
