They had good prices, but I found another company with an even lower bid. Thus, I went with that company for the work.

They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional.

Overall, things went well. They responded quickly to some minor issues which I appreciated.

It was excellent! The man was extremely meticulous and did amazing work. He was also very responsive to some issues with the gutters, and he resolved everything right away.

They did call back about a week later to see if we wanted them to do the work. At the time it was already in process by the other contractor.

Hank, salesman, was great and answered all my questions. The installers, were friendly, professional and cleaned up very well. Product was better than what was on the house. Next year will reside the balance of the house.

We had five companies quote the job. Rasmussen was the second to the least expensive. Once the job got started, our yard turned into a complete mess of equipment and supplies. The workers were very sloppy and did not take any visible pride in their workmanship. At the end of each day, no attempt was made to arrange the equipment or supplies. Nails were found in the driveway and yard each day, and several months later we still find nails each week. Since the job was "complete" I estimate we found 300 nails. Not an experience we expected from any contractor in Western Michigan...especially Rasmussen.

The salesman, John arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable about the product and installation; he answered all our questions. They were neither the highest or lowest bid and were close to several others. We chose Rasmussen because they were very specific in the detail and wrote everything down in the contract, so there were no surprises or extra costs. They arrived on time, finished the tear off and shingles in a day and had everything clean and finished by the next day. We are very happy with the roof.

THEY PUT ON A NEW ROOF. THEY WERE PURPOSELY TRYING NOT TO PUT DOWN PLYWOOD UNTIL I SAID SOMETHING. I HAD TO BRING MY HOME UP TO CODE. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME TOO MUCH.

WHEN THE WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED YOU COULD SEE LIGHT BETWEEN THE FRAME. THEY DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK DID NOT HOLD TO ITS POTENTIAL.
