Pella Windows and Doors

Description of Work: Had new windows installed. The crew was excellent and professional. They worked in a timely manner and were very organized and they did an excellent job. The trim work is fantastic. I would highly recommend this company. They also pointed out a flaw in a window before I even had a chance to see it. It was reordered and replaced in 3 weeks with no issues

Description of Work: We are having windows installed on September 14th-18th. We have only made our deposit for them to special make our windows.

Description of Work: This happened a couple of summers ago. Windows are excellent! Installation was not so hot, but the company worked to overcome errors in installation. Quality product.

Description of Work: Installed patio door. It didn't happen in March because measurements were incorrect. It didn't happen in April because of several scratches on the new door...they were not minor. Things went ok with the third attempt. I did get 3 billing statements requesting payment of the balance due before the actual installation. I had paid half of the cost upfront. When I called about these billings I was told to ignore them...then I got the third statement dated May 15...this statement showed that the balance due was 31-60 days past due. There's a communication problem here. The installation on May 29 went well. I did have questions about the door hardware..the installers should have been able to answer these questions. I am not criticising the installers. They were always on time and acted professional.

Description of Work: Windows were purchased and now we are having a new door from them. Very happy with their services.

Description of Work: I have had mixed emotions. Seems that since I only have 1 or 2 windows |left to be installed they don't seem as interested in my business. Also, all of the other window installers run specials, Pella requires that you spend $5,000 or more to get a break. I have had 4 or 5 windows already installed. |Estimated $8,000

Description of Work: The installer was outstanding. He had a excellent work ethic, cleaned up nicely and was a perfectionist in his work. We later hired him to build my art room. His name is Kurt Piotrowski. He is an outstanding contractor.

Description of Work: They were professional and attentive from the very beginning through the entire project. Only have one minor issue of a window handle not being installed but it was promptly taken care of. I purchased my first few windows from Pella in 2010 and have been happy with them. This spring I finished replacing the remainder of the windows on my upper floor. |I have been pleased with the quality and appearance of the windows. It has made a big difference as far as sound and drafts go. I look forward to seeing the difference on the heating bills this winter!

Description of Work: I bought a new window screen.

Description of Work: Replaced living room and bedroom(s) windows. Installed wooden frame on kitchen and bathroom windows that were not installed when (Champion Windows) replaced those 16 years ago.

Description of Work: Got estimate only. Salesman was on time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The product was high quality but I could not see that the differences between pella and the other windows I looked at warranted the 30-40% higher cost which was quoted.

Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED 13 WINDOWS AND 1 SLIDING GLASS DOOR.
