Quick to respond to my query for a dishwasher repair. He came out the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem and found a few other small repairs that had been needed. Ordered the part, returned and repaired. Very professional. I would certainly hire him again for other repair needs. Thank you for the help.

Will responded promptly to our request and completed the work within 24 hours of our initial contact. He brought specialized equipment to install the new refrigerator and remove the old one. He knew what to do including installing the water line. His expertise is exceptional. He was a joy to have in our home. We will contact him for future projects and highly recommend this business.

Will was at our house within 30 minutes of my call, even though it was on a weekend. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I especially appreciated his honest advice that we should replace our unit rather than pay him to replace a lot of the parts. He helped us all the way through the buying process for a new refrigerator/freezer, offering helpful input at every step. I highly recommend him.

The service we received was excellent. First we got an instant callback when we reached out. Then we were given high priority due to our refrigerator being out. He got to the root of the problem, got us back up and running and ordered superior replacement parts. As soon as the parts came in, he was in communication with us again and we worked out a time for return call. Everything is fixed and running well. Payment was simple and price was better than fair considering he had to come back a 2nd time. Very thoughtful, prompt, thorough, and courteous. He will be at the top of my list to call next time we need service again.

We had a two refrigerator double problem. We called and Will responded quickly, a time was set. “he fixes most anything “ is true Will and Mandy spent a couple hours dealing with the unusual and unexpected and came through. They were very thorough, careful, thoughtful, personable and went the “second mile” to help us- just the kind of service people you like to have come into your home.

Went well. Will did a good job. Hope to have him back to do some more work in the spring.

Things went very well with Willy. Although it took us a while to figure out what exactly was wrong with our refrigerator, Willy was able to figure it out and get us the best deal on the necessary part to fix it. From a pricing standpoint, he was extremely fair and enjoyable to have in our house. Would highly recommend.

He kept the line of communication open with me while fixing my plumbing. He was upfront with pricing no surprises later, he even respected my floors by taking his shoes off, (not requested)lol. Very nice and professional, already trying to schedule for a bathroom remodel in the future.

The repairman, Will, was extremely intelligent and took care of the problem quickly. Our oven is a very old 1950’s model and Will was able to troubleshoot it and get us back in business in under an hour. He is very polite, great at communicating and his prices are extremely competitive. He even fixed our door knob that was loose without us asking! We will definitely be contacting him next time we need any handy work done! Highly recommend!

It went great! Very kind and personable :) cleaned the mess up right away and was very quick. He has done other jobs for me and did great also. He also Fixed my gate on my patio and my address on my condo siding. I highly recommend Will Simpson:)
