I very much appreciated the time spent BEFORE coming to our house, BEFORE billing us to insure that he knew our oven, knew that we had the correct part, and knew that we wouldn’t be wasting each other’s time. He made it to our home the DAY after we called. He stayed after the part was installed not only to insure that our oven worked, but to make sure it reached the temperature it was set to, as well as turning off and back on once it reached this temperature and then dropped below. He also did us a small favor of attaching our circuit board panel, above and beyond the call of duty. He was very professional AND very polite. We have nothing but good things to say!

Will did an amazing job installing my washer and dryer. It's a small and cramped area in my apartment where it was installed, and he worked through a few challenges that were beyond my ability. He seemed kind and sincere, and allowed me to watch the installation so I could understand the process. His pricing was fair, and I would strongly endorse him for any future home repair or installation services.
