Because our technicians are our employees, they have current liability insurance, have had background checks and are bonded for your security. We guarantee our work. Description of Work: The individual on the phone was very professional and courteous. However, they were 3 times more expensive than the provider I hired. They also wouldn't come to my home and provide an estimate without charging me $50 which would be taken off if I hired them. The provider I chose to use came to the house and provided a bid without a fee and sat down and showed me pictures of his work. I am sure that Mr. Handyman does great work but at $90 per hour for installing ceramic tile they should.

Description of Work: I had my upper two-story eves cleaned. The tech also cleaned one of my lower eves because he had time and it was close to the upper eve. I was very happy with the work, the prompt arrival, the professionalism and how the tech went above and beyond for no extra cost. Tech was very curious and came with the necessary ID.

Description of Work: I contracted them to remodel 2 bathrooms & install kitchen and hall floors. The young man who removed the upstairs shower, installed tub & tiled the surround did not know how to do the job. Mr Handy DID remove & reinstall w/another employee & the result was beautiful. The same employee did the downstairs bathroom beautifully but it turned out to be a gut job, with all new plumbing, wiring, etc. This was a huge job, it took FOREVER. The entire process was begun just before Christmas and it is only now being finished up- that's 5 months for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen floor! The owner should have realized this was work that required a second worker. I would hire Mr Handyman again, because as I said the work was excellent w/the 2nd employee, but I would only contract w/them for a small job that I know could easily be done by one person.
