Description of Work: Main stack , kitchen stack , foundation drains , back flow preventer , sump pump , laundry tub .

Description of Work: McDonald Plumbing installed a new sump pump and connected the drain to the city service line per the City of Grand Rapids. The work was done to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: They did our plumbing inspection prior to the purchase of our home and then returned and did a cleanout of the main drain to the street including finding a new cleanout I didn't know I had. Technician Don C. was very thorough explain the work and very professional-they were recommended by my real estate broker and I wasn't disappointed they did an excellent job I will use them as my go to plumbers now that I'm a new resident of East Grand Rapids.

Description of Work: Wanted to replace our 12-year old water heater. I called several plumbers listed on Angie's List. McDonalds was not the cheapest nor most expensive. They had done work for me before so I called them. They were out the next day at the agreed upon time and did a good job. He removed the old water heater and left the area clean.

Description of Work: The work they did was good, & I have used them many times but each time the customer service is worse. Its the office/service staff that communication skills are lacking & more than one occasion I was told someone will call you back, and your lucky if you hear from them within 3 days. Also, I was actually lied to............I was told paper work would be sent out to the city water dept verifying that the required service was done, and a month after the service was done I got notice from the city that paperwork was never filed. I called McDonald to inquire was told someone would call me back & this time I was lucky and got called back later the same day. Was told that they would re-send the information as she wasn't sure what had happened, but when I asked for the original date the paperwork was sent, she just insisted that it was resent today. I had to press her for the original date and she finally had to tell me that it was never sent, and she didn't know what had happened. I was more upset that she out right lied to me rather if she would have told me the truth and apologize for the inconvenience. Really makes me question their credibility & whether I would use them again.

Description of Work: Our main sewer line had tree roots that kept causing issues without annual clearing. We had McDonald replace the sewer line from our house to the city sewer to stop this cycle. The goal was to sleeve as much as they could. Due to the condition of the sewer they did have to dig a channel through the front lawn. They were communicative about the process and costs. Even though they had to dig quite a bit they did a great job at fixing, smoothing and raking the area with new topsoil. It made reseeding the section with new grass easy. I would go with them again.

Description of Work: We have used McDonald plumbing service for our rental properties for last 4 years. Team is knowledgeable, prices are competitive and they always leave the place clean after work is done.

Description of Work: They replaced the sewer line from the outside of my home to the street, they fixed and/or replaced faucets inside my home. I was very pleased with their quality of service.

Description of Work: THEY CLEANED ALL OF THE AIR DUCTS IN MY HOME.
