Everything was great. I would definitely use the Master Plaster Patcher again and recommend them to our friends.

Dilin did a great job. Very conscientious and taped off all the area doorway so that the plaster dust didn't go into the res of the house - along with all of my wood floors. He showed up while I was at work and did all of the work and was finished before I returned home. The entire project took 4 days (working 1/2 days, because the plaster had to dry). The ceiling looks brand new and the area by the fireplace looks as if it was never damage and matches the other side perfectly. He also allowed my dog to stay on site while he was doing the work so I didn't have to board him at a kennel - that save me money. I have another project for him to work on but will have to wait until next summer. I would highly recommend this company for any type of plastering, painting and home improvements.

They charged what they quoted me which was good. There was some complaint that he was under charging me like making it clear to me that he was giving me a deal which was not quite professional. They did do a good job. I am happy with what it looks like, but I think the attitude was lacking in professionalism. If anyone is employing this company make sure to get a quote and see that they stick to that. One should make sure to stay on them. I have two small children and had a few instances of finding razor blades in the yard during the job. One can understand that they are not finished. I am used to working in construction sites and cleaning immaculately end of every shift but at the same time it is easy enough not to look down and pick up the razor blades. It was summer time and these things are not good for kids. The price was good. According to him he gave me a deal. Knowing how to deal with them, I would potentially use them in the future. Everything was okay, but it was just these small instances that were not.

I thought that the price they quoted was way too much for the work that they were going to do, so I secured someone else. The price they quoted me was about $550 and I thought that was a lot for the amount of work.

They handled all aspects well. Especially the plaster which can be a difficult thing to get done.

They were good and they did everything they were supposed to do; they were in and out. I would recommend them.

Due to the stages of repair the project took approximately three days to complete. They started by removing the old and still wet drywall and insulation (approx 36"x36"). Next, they patched and replaced the insulation. Finally, they plastered and textured the ceiling to blend in with the existing ceiling. It looks amazing! My husband and I are so impressed with the outcome.

Able to quote same day call was made and repaired everything within 3 days so new tenants can move in. Very helpful and very easy to work with. Will use again on other properties.

I used this company a year prior and had no problems so this was the only quote I got for this job. Jerry was more than an hour late to give me a quote but was nice and knowledgeable. Work started as expected and was completed on time. The first problem I found was 2 corners weren't straight. Jerry had these fixed the next day. The second problem was waves and dips on the wall surface more than a 3/4 inch wave over a few feet. It was more than enough to show through wall tile. Jerry didn't respond to my calls for more than a week since I had already paid him. When he did respond, he was so offended when I criticized the work, that he stormed out of my house. I filled in the waves myself with joint compound and it looks fine now. Lastly, he claimed to have used 2.5 inch drywall screws but used 1.5 inch; my house was a complete mess when he was finished.

Master Plaster Patcher was very professional and did all of the work I asked them to do. I am pleased with the quality of their work and they did give me an estimate and charged what they estimated.

Called twice, each time I was told a certain person does those quotes and he would have to call me back. Calls were nevered returned.

THEY DID A VERY NICE AND NEAT JOB. EVERYTHING WAS EVEN AND SMOOTH. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING PROFESSIONALLY AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I LIKED THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. I ALSO LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME.
