MASTER PLASTER PATCHER

He completed the work as promised, when promised. The only issue with the Master Plaster is that the phone availability is only during certain time so you have to leave a message and if you miss their call you play phone tag for a bit.

All the projects went well--one project seemed not to go so well, but it turns out it was not their mistake. It was the poor paint job that I got from another contractor in the area who failed to properly prime the new plaster coating that Master Plaster had done. Long story--suffice to say it was not their mistake but they fixed it nevertheless at no cost.

They have always been professional and cooperative. Been able to trust with access entry to properties. They have provided knowledgeable advice and performed quality work. Leaving a clean environment when they leave - despite the messiness of drywall dust.

It went very well. Even though they were busy they did make time to come out and give me an estimate and actually came in at a very timely manner and they did good work. They actually went beyond what they said they would do.

Never did get a quote. Seems like they would just tell us they were to busy for our job. Just kept promising a quote and not delivering.

The only problem we experienced was that because they had so many jobs lined up for ceiling repairs because of the hard winter and recent rains, they weren't able to get started on our work for more than a month after our initial contact and we got their estimate. They were very good at their work including preparation of the work area before sanding the plaster and painting, and clean-up after the work was done. Actually I think they found more cracks than I thought and just included them right in with the rest of the job. That also required a bit more painting. Their work was superb.

Dillin provided an estimate in a timely manner and has scheduled the work to be completed within the timeframe we needed.

My system has issues. Recommended a new system vs repairing existing 13y.o. Unit.

They were prompt, courteous, and had the job done in a day and a half. Did a good job and were knowlegable.

Dilin Fraser supervised the job, was often in communication with me, and was a pleasure to do business with. He is knowledgeable about classic plaster work and the American Clay products. The work took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances (product glitch with one of the color tints), but Dilin made me aware of the situation immediately and included me in finding a solution. It required more effort on their part, but no extra cost to me because it was a change in the product line that caused the issue. The guys did substantial amount of work, but the results are stunning!

I agreed to let the work be done while I was out of town on a business trip. This was a mistake. I agreed to let them paint the ceiling for an additional charge. Only the ceiling was to be painted, I would touch up the teal paint on the walls where a small amount of plaster work needed to be done. When I arrived home there was white paint dripped all over the walls as well as on the chandelier. The brother who contracted the work and promised me he would oversee the job if I would allow them to work when I was not in town, did not oversee the job. He had his brother do it. The did repaint the entire room. To repair the mess they made. I bought the paint, they provided the labor. I have never had a work done when I have not been here to supervise. This taught me a lesson to never do again. I guess they used my kitchen sink not the basement laundry sink to clean their brushes, as there is painted dripped on my very expensive solid cherry cabinets? There plaster work is sufficient, but I wouldn't recommend their painting. I have since found a plasterer whom I would rate with all A+'s.

The project was handled with complete professionalism. The result was stunning.

It went quite well and they were fast and professional. I trusted them with keys to the house to do the work while I was at work. I had not moved in yet and although plaster work is dusty, I did not notice too much anywhere but in the carpet. That little bit cleaned up with a normal vacuum.

The service and product were both excellent. The estimator thoroughly explained the issue I was having with cracks in the plaster and helped me understand it in a way that other estimators did not. The workers were personable, efficient and communicative. They did an excellent job and the walls now look better than I imagined they could.

This was an insurance covered service & I don't know the actual cost. However, knowing what I know now, had I needed to pay more for the work this team provided over that of another co. I'd pay the extra in a heartbeat! The quality of the results & my own peace of mind throughout the process was worth it. I work from my home & was never once inconvenienced beyond the bare essentials as they accomplished their task. A leaky pipe in my ceiling created a need for the wall & ceiling to be opened exposing two room areas & once the plumbing was repaired Dilin & Dwight were called in to button up the walls "like it never happened". They were sensitive to the uneffected areas of my home, covering the carpets where they walked & worked while completely isolating the plaster repair areas to minimize the impact of their process. On time & flexible to my schedule I always knew exactly what was taking place because I'd ask & they gladly explained in detail. They brought everything they required to work diligently (not dashing out for this or that or borrowing something from me as many service providers do) & cleaned up after each visit once again minimizing the overall impact of the ordeal itself. There was no blaring music or constant back & forth re: private matters between them, just taking care of business. Amen!

Master Plaster work was performed in a timely manner and the workmanship was quality. We trust their work and professionalism and would use them again.

The process went very well. They had to come out in 3 separate trips because of drying/curing time and then to paint to match the rest of the house. I knew exactly what they were doing and when they were coming. They were very careful with the ladder to be sure not to damage any roof shingles or flashing.

They cleaned up their mess. They came on the day they were supposed to come and the work was done in good condition. I had no complaints at all and I’d give them a high recommendation. Theirs was the only bid I got and I was fine with their price but didn’t compare it with anybody else’s.

, Dilin came out soon after we called and gave us an estimate that seemed very fair. It was a rather small job, so he was able to schedule us in on a reasonable day. Very professional, did excellent work, and cleaned up when the job was finished.

The ceiling and one wall in my garage had seams that failed after 22 years. I needed them to be repaired and have the texture matched. The guys did a good job doing this, but the job was really messy. They cleaned up quite well though and a little follow up cleaning on my end has been sufficient. The color and texture are a bit off, but overall I'm happy with the work. The only real negative was that I asked for a quote to finish off some additional drywall in my home (mud/tape/sanding) and nobody ever got back to me.
