L & N CARPET CLEANING

Description of Work: Had 9 rooms shampooed because other contractors didn't seal ducts while doing drywall work and deposited film of drywall dust over house. L&N used the same old techniques and formula - wet wash with no prior vacuuming, followed by a Fiber Rinse conditioner. Carpets feel stickier than before and when we walked over it, drywall dust still everywhere.

Description of Work: I had been a previous customer of L&N. The first time was very satisfactory. The second time there were several spots they said were problems, but would likely go away with time. They never did , but I took care of them myself over the next few months. When I needed carpet cleaning again, I decided to try L&N again. This time however there were five spots they said they were unable to remove because they were apparently "old" or something that would not respond to their equipment and chemicals. Within 24 hours I had removed all the spots myself that L&N had left using just carpet cleaners purchased at the grocery store. This was frustrating, because I paid them $163.90 to a professional job and then had to finish it myself. I send an email to the company complaining about the service, but they did not think enough about retaining repeat customers to even respond. Obviously, I will not use them again and could not recommend their service. | |
