L & N CARPET CLEANING

It went fine. We have 4 dogs and they had had a bout of the doggie flu so it really needed cleaning. Turned out great.

L & N hired a sub contractor to clean my carpet. The sub contractor caused a circular shaped burn, but the owners of L & N both looked at the burn but denied that it was caused by their machine. I went directly to the sub contractor and he did offer to pay me $500.00, although it wasn't enough to cover the cost of new carpet, so I purchased a rug to cover it.

Excellent! They were prompt, courteous and paid special attention to the areas that I asked them to. (I added some extra services) Worked as a true team and their enthusiasm in their work showed. They truly cared about my home and carpets. They made sure that I was very satisfied with their work, before they left. I will definitely call these guys back!

I have used L&N twice before. The first time was very satisfactory. The second time there were several spots they said were problems, but would likely go away with time. They never did , but I took care of them myself over the next few months. When I needed carpet cleaning again, I decided to try L&N again. This time however there were five spots they said they were unable to remove because they were apparently "old" or something that would not respond to their equipment and chemicals. Within 24 hours I had removed all the spots L&N had left using just carpet cleaners purchased at the grocery store. This was frustrating, because I paid them $163.90 to a professional job and then had to finish it myself. I send an email to the company complaining about the service, but they did not think enough about retaining repeat customers to even respond. Obviously, I will not use them again and could not recommend their service.

The work was never performed

Since they have a two-room minimum, I decided to have my fairly new bedroom carpeting cleaned. Now, the carpets stretched. In one of the rooms, there was a pet stain (a dog threw up on it), and I still had to re-clean it afterwards. I haven’t contacted them about the carpet stretching yet.

I give them an A rating and I would use them again.

One of the two guys worked really hard while the other guy kept wanting to chat. He also tried too hard to sell extra services I did not want. At one point, their hose malfunctioned and they needed to repair it. The chatty guy asked me if I had any K-Y Jelly he could use as lubricant, (for the hose-I had offered lithium grease or WD-40). I was disgusted and told him his comment was inappropriate. Overall, the work was ok but not great. The service was awful. I will never use them again.

The cleaning man wanted to sell me on a stain resistant coat to go on the carpet. I was selling the house and told him I did not want that. He then started to get nasty because I would not buy a stain coat and was trying to pressure me into buying it. Then when I came back to see the job he had done on the carpet, it was almost as if he intentionally botched the job in the hallway. It looked like he had thrown dirt on the carpet.

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND METICULOUS IN THEIR CLEANING. THEY CLEANED EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO ENSURE THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT. THEY LEFT OUR CARPETS LOOKING VERY NICE.

THEY REALLY CARED WHETHER OR NOT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DID. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY WHENEVER I CALL.

I WAS VERY HAPPY TO KNOW THAT IF THE SPOTS WERE STILL THERE AFTER THE CARPET DRIED, THEY WOULD COME BACK. THEY CLEANED AND TREATED THE CARPET AT A FAIR PRICE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE CARPET, AND WE DID NOT HAVE TO HAVE THEM COME BACK.

THE WORK THEY DID LOOKED GOOD AFTER THEY FINISHED, ALTHOUGH IN A FEW DAYS THE HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS WERE DIRTY AGAIN. THEY DID NOT USE ANY STAIN OR CARPET PROTECTION.

I CAN HONESTLY SAY THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY. I REALLY WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THE COST FOR EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. I ASKED THEM TO RETURN IN SIX MONTHS.

I FELT THAT THE CARPETS COULD'VE BEEN BETTER CLEANED. THE GUY WAS PROFESSIONAL WITH HIS WORK AND VERY POLITE. HE FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DID A GOOD JOB OF PICKING UP AFTER HIMSELF.

I SAW THIS COMPANY ADVERTISED IN THE PHONE BOOK AND DECIDED TO TRY THEM IT WAS KIND OF COSTLY BUT THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. THEY MADE SURE THAT I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE EXACTLY ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE ALSO CONCERNED ABOUT MAJOR STAINS, AND MAKING SURE THEY GOT THEM OUT. I WAS ALSO VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRICE I PAID, SIXTY DOLLARS FOR THREE ROOMS IS CHEAP.

THEY WERE REAL QUICK ABOUT THE JOB THEY PERFORMED. I ALSO, LIKED HOW FRIENDLY AND OUTGOING THE PEOPLE WERE. THE NEXT TIME I NEED MY CARPETS CLEANED I AM PLANNING ON GOING BACK TO THEM.

OUR CARPETS LOOK ALMOST BRAND NEW AGAIN. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME EXACTLY HOW I SHOULD CLEAN ANY NEW STAINS SO I CAN MAKE SURE THAT THE CARPET STAYS IN THE CONDITION THAT IT'S IN NOW.

THEY CAME RIGHT WHEN I NEEDED THEM. THEY HAD EXCELLENT TIMING. THEY USED A REALLY GOOD SHAMPOO ON THE FLOOR. IT LOOKS AND SMELLS SO MUCH BETTER NOW. WE ARE VERY THANKFUL TO THEM.

WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT WAS DONE. THEY CAME TO DO THE WORK ON THREE ROOMS AND MY HALLWAY. THE MACHINE BROKE DOWN. IT TOOK THEM ANOTHER THREE HOURS TO GET ANOTHER MACHINE AND FINISH THE JOB. THE FLOOR SAT THERE WET UNTIL THEY COULD FINISH.

THEY WORKED AND STAYED FOCUSED ON THE JOB UNTIL IT WAS COMPLETED. THEY EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT THEY WOULD BE DOING AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST FOR THE WORK THAT WAS BEING DONE. WE PAID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID WE WOULD AND IT WAS A VERY GOOD PRICE.
