Description of Work: I called this guy up on his answering machine at ten o'clock on Sunday night, and ten minutes later he called me back. He arrived the next morning to check out my dryer and told me I needed a new one. That didn't surprise me. The old one was twenty years old, and he only charged me thirty-five bucks for the trip. He's also a character with extensive experience fixing all sorts of appliances, and, if you need a new appliance like I did, he might try to interest you in his Amway connections for purchasing appliances. He said I could buy from any store I chose and then he'd service me for free if I used his Amway connection. No one else seemed to know how that works, and I ended up buying my new dryer from ABC Warehouse paying $150 for their five year protection plan instead. Even so, I did like this guy. I'm pretty sure he's ligit and really knows how to fix things. So far as I know, he works alone and has had his company for many years.

Description of Work: The repair estimate was more than my old frig was worth. The service tech told me my options and gave me valuable information about the age of the frig. He didn't push me for the repairs, simply gave me options. I ended up getting a new frig.

Description of Work: Rick called me back within 40 mins of my call. He saw me promptly and called me when he was 5 mins out. He showed me exactly what was happening and saved and showed me the broken parts. The washer works like new.

Description of Work: My drier was not heating up and He came out and took out the time to find the problem and he fixed it and he also walked outside to discover that my condo association never cleaned out the air ducks. He told me to call them because it was there job to do this and I did they were cleaned the next day.
