Description of Work: For over 5 years, Grapids provided spring, mid summer and fall irrigation services, as well as various repairs for our watering system. Description of Work: Technician took a wire off the controller in the basement apparently hoping I would call them the next spring to get it fixed. I will never do business with them again as I could tell it was intentional. I will tell everyone I know about these guys. Bad business!!!
