Description of Work: They came out to do a routine maintenance check; I have it done 4 times per season (including start up and shut down). GRAPIDS found a sprinkler zone that was not working properly. They gave me a quote on the spot and was able to make the repair without a return visit. Actual cost ended up being less than quoted. I have used GRAPIDS for the past 10 years and have always been satisfied with their service.

We are VERY sorry that we weren't more responsive. There are always a couple weeks in the spring where we can't respond in the office or the field fast enough. One monday a couple weeks ago we had 4 people working on the phones all day full time and we fell 200 messages behind by the end of the day. If you would like to message us, I would be willing to offer something for the next time if you would still be interested in using our services.

Description of Work: they sent 2 people 1 some what knew what he was doing the other was a new employee that didnt know anything about under ground sprinkling. even the man that did had to call the boss over to figure out what the problem was.they took forever and charged me for 2 technitions. when one was a ditch digger.i e-mailed and they never even replied. dont hire them.

First I'd like to say we're sorry for your bad experience. Second I'd like to say we want to make it right whether you use us again or not. Looking at the history the job was done last May and was paid for promptly 11 days after it was billed. We had an assistant there who was new to help dig for the wiring issues in the yard as well as the help of our supervisor. The assistant was billed at a lower rate and we discounted to total labor for the extended work. Upon reading your review and looking at your bill I would be happy to give you back the cost of the labor for the second man to make things right. Our billing clerk will be calling today to make this right. Again sorry for the hassles, but thank you for the opportunity to make things right.
