Since 1973 Gordon Water Systems has been providing Water treatment solutions to families and businesses around west Michigan. We are now in 2nd Generation Ownership and 3rd generation is in the business. Our Mission/Passion: We Love to help all people have Clean, Safe water in their home or business. We bring positive Energy to the solutions we provide. We take Pride in how we deliver our products and services. These products and services include: Water Treatment, Water Softeners, Iron Filters, PFAS Filtration, Drinking Water Solutions & Bottled Water Service. We offer the largest range of water treatment equipment including the Non-Kinetico product line providing the widest range of innovative features, longest & most comprehensive warranties and prices. We service almost all makes and models. So whether it is taking care of your old unit to keep it running or helping you step up to the Non-electric Kinetico, we are the call to make.

We sell and rent Water Softeners. Rust & Odor Filters plus Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Systems. We sell and rent Bottled Water Coolers plus provide Bottled Water Service to homes and offices. Along with bottled water we provide Office Coffee Service and Bottle-less coolers. Gordon Water Systems is the Authorized, Independent Kinetico Water Treatment Dealer for the counties listed. We sell and service Hellenbrand Water Treatment Systems plus we service most makes and models.

Description of Work: They were very professional and the communication was great! The technician showed up exactly on time and went right to work on our softener. It was considered dead as we suspected and he quoted several options to us for replacement. I was in sales for 40 years and was waiting to see how much pressure he might put on us to "sign on the dotted line", but there was none whatsoever. He explained the options and left it up to us to choose. He was very professional and answered all our questions. We were very impressed and will recommend them highly if asked. We did indeed choose a different brand of softener than they recommended, but it was not due to anything they did incorrectly at all.
