Description of Work: Re-keyed 5 locks. OK, but one lock reinstalled backwards with key side inside and latch lever outside. Fortunately it lead into garage and we had 2 locks on that door. Came back next day when we called and corrected. |There has been a change of ownership and they were operating (or billing) under a different name.

Description of Work: I used this company to change the locks on a home my parents purchased. The owner of the company provided the service. He was polite, punctual, extremely thorough, and very reasonably priced. My parents and I were both very happy with his work and would not hesitate to use him again should we need this type of service in the future. I would not go elsewhere.

 + -1 moreWhen I called for the estimate I explained that we needed the plate to cover a hole that had been cut for a deadbolt, but was incorrectly placed. I was told that it would be quick and they had a plate in stock. When they came out they drilled a hole for the new deadbolt, but did not have a plate, and I was told they would be ordering one that day and it would probably be in on Thursday (this was Monday). On Thursday I called to ask about the progress of the plate and was told it had not yet been ordered. I had to keep calling for information. Overall the plate and deadbolt turned out well, but I was very frustrated at having a hole in my door for longer than expected and that I had to seek out information from them, rather than them calling me with updates.
Description of Work: They added a deadbolt to our front door and put a plate over an existing hole that needed to be covered.

 + -1 moreI WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I KNOW THEM PERSONALLY. THE BUSINESS IS VERY PLEASANT AND I THINK THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. THEY CHANGED MY LOCKS VERY FAST. I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG AT ALL.
