Description of Work: My computer would not boot up. I went to ComputerTechs OnSite office which was near my house. Carl Brown checked my computer, made one adjustment and it booted up without a problem. He showed me were the problem was so I could fix it myself. He was pleasant, and helpful and I couldn't have asked for more.
