Whatever the problem was, he fixed it and I have not had any problems since. I was not 100 percent happy. They did not explain what they were doing so that I could understand it.

It went fine. I was satisfied with the service. I thought it lasted a little long but I guess that's what he wanted to do so I paid for it. If I needed him again I probably would use them. I would recommend them to other people.

Very fast service. Dropped it off on a Wednesday and picked it up the next evening. Computer works great now and Carl said my old computer is also repaired and usable. Probably give that to someone in the family.

The computer that my family uses at home would not boot up and after several attempts on my part to get it back up and running I decided to look for a Computer repair service company on Angie's List. Computertechs Onsite popped up at the top of the list. I called Carl and he returned my call promptly within about a half an hour after I left him a voicemail message. Carl told me he could be over in 20 minutes. After Carl arrived he was able to quickly and efficiently find out what was wrong with the computer. It was indeed a pleasure to do business with Computertechs Onsite.

Carl was great. I've had my computer for several years, but I never felt like some things were set up correctly or working right. Carl got things straightened out and helped me feel much more confident in the security of my computer. I ultimately decided not to upgrade to windows 8 right now, but I felt like Carl explained the options very well. Carl spent plenty of time answering my questions and making sure I understood everything. He didn't make me feel stupid or talk down to me like some computer experts do. I will definitely call Carl in the future for any computer issues.

Removed virus and cleaned up our desk top computer. It now fast again . The work was done in less than 24 hrs. And we are quite satisfied

Geek squad had it in for repair for 5 days, gave me the run around and still could not fix it, they wanted to wipe it clean to factory settings, I refused before gettting a second opinion, which I'm glad I did. I have alot of business information I did not want to loose including a Quickbooks program. I found Carl B. on Angies list and called him up , he was there the same night, took it home , repaired in and had it back home the next night. He fixed everything and I did not lose any of my information, He could not understand why the Geek Squad could not do the same. I will call Carl and highly recomend his services. it was an exceptional experience over all, and he was a lifesaver:)

I re-configured my browser settings, which resulted in several problems, including overlapping of data in my address book, rendering it unreadable. Carl returned my call immediately, and arrived promptly. He fixed the browser issues and showed me how to avoid having this happen again. The tips he offered were excellent, his rates very reasonable, and his ability to provide simple explanations was appreciated. I will call him again with any computer issues.

My desktop started trying to access the empty floppy drive, at first every 10-15 seconds, then constantly; also had made some unusual sounds not associated with the floppy drive. I took the computer to Carl's house/workplace and left it with him over the weekend. He called when the work was finished. He had corrected the software glitch that was causing the floppy access, treated the noisy fan, and done a thorough physical and electronic cleanup. When I went to pick it up, he spent quite a while letting me know what he had done and why, and giving advice on how to deal with accumulated unused programs. This was overall a very good repair experience, and I'll gladly recommend him to others.

Vendor returned my call promptly and provided prompt service. Assisted me in repair of problem and issues were resolved in minutes. the gentleman (Carl Brown) was polite, pleasant, as well as extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I called Carl that friday morning and explained that my computer lost all power and would not come on . He was very prompt and courteous. He was patient to troubleshoot and ask questions before he concluded that he would need to come out to repair the computer . He arrived around 3pm the same day I called him and he was done with everything in a little under an hour. I haven't had any trouble so far . We were very pleased .

He showed up promptly and fixed the problem quickly. He also showed me how to correct the problem if should occur again. He also provided some hints on how to improve my internet speed by relocating the wireless router. I didn't realize the problem existed until he pointed it out. Implementing his suggestion resulted in a dramatic improvement in speed. Overall he was very friendly and professional. Highly recomended!

The person who did the work for me was very nice and helpful. He didn't fix all the problems, but fixed the ones he could.

Our 2 year old PC suddenly gave us the "Blue Screen of Death," We emailed Carl and he called the next day and came to our home to try to diagnose and fix the problem. He could not find the issue on site and took our computer with him to repair. Two days later he called to let us know he found and fixed the problem (bad RAM chip) and to get the machine back to us. He also found some malware that was slowing the machine down and installed software to scan and remove it. When he returned our computer to us, he noticed we had a laptop as well and installed the same scanning software on it to keep it running well. Carl did a terrific job. He was fast, friendly and reasonably priced.

I wrote a check for $40, but then I did a stop payment because they told me to do some things over the phone, which I did and to call them if that did not work, which I did. They came out and pretty much what they told me to do over the phone and nothing different , so I did not think that I should pay them for something they told me to do and nothing different. They were very nice over the phone, very friendly and very professional. It was just that they did not do anymore than what they told me to do on the phone. The price was good.

It was a wonderful experience. We tried another company and it was a fiasco. They had it for a month and didn’t fix it. But Computer Techs Onsite fixed it in a day. He brought the system back and hooked it back up. He made sure that the internet connection was working and it was very helpful. It was a quick turnaround. He explained everything very clearly. He gave us a follow up sheet on ways to keep the computer operating and how to check for things. It was a very comprehensive and friendly service. We were really happy with his service. He was really nice person and he did more than I expected. He was very responsive and was on time. He got it done quickly. I would use him again if needed.

The person was very conscientious and flexible. He did a good job. Unfortunately, my problem wasn't completely solved because the virus attacking my computer was embedded so deeply that it wouldn't come out. He was very helpful though. He gave me cleaning software, which helps maintain my computer. For what he was able to do he was very good.

We had two other technicians previously work on the computer and viruses were still there. After Computertechs Onsite worked on it, it has been smooth sailing. He met us to pick up the computer and also delivered it back to us promptly.

I've used Carl Brown several times, but I thought he'd gone out of business. Turns out he just changed companies. I've always found him to be very throrough and reasonably priced. The $150 for this job was a quote from Geek Squad. He may charge me that much, but it might be less based on past experience. I bought this lap top from a company which I thought would service it as well, but they were unable to do what Carl Brown just did. He was also willing to come out on short notice.

THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING. IT DOESN'T TAKE THEM LONG TO RESPOND WHICH IS GREAT FOR CUSTOMERS .

THIS MAN REALLY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. HE HAD THE ENTIRE SERVICE SET UP IN NO TIME AT ALL. THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK WAS FIRST RATE. I WILL RETURN TO HIM WITH ANY COMPUTER PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE IN THE FUTURE.
