I called them on a Thursday for an estimate, and they responded the next day with a quote. The job was performed the following week. I think the price of $321 was reasonable in comparison to the task.

They came out promptly and provided a written estimate on the spot. We were told it would be 3 or 4 weeks before they could do the work and it turned out to be just over 4 weeks. The workers arrived and introduced themselves to my wife. She indicated they were very polite and courteous throughout the time they were at the house. They took care to inform her of what they were doing as they went along. The tree came down in multiple pieces, but never was allowed to just drop to the ground. After the job was done, you could hardly tell they had been to the site even though a large crane was parked in the middle of the front lawn for several hours. They had laid out protective plywood for the crane. The entire site was cleaned up before they left. Overall we were very pleased with the job and would hire them again without question.

I called them, can't remember if they came from Angie's List or a neighbor, had worried that a limb from our 5 huge silver maple trees would fall on the neighbors house, swimming pool, or house, asked them to come out. I was afraid we may have a heavy windstorm. They came, looked at the trees, determined if it was rotten, looked to see if a major limb or branch was weak, if it was, they put a cable on it, and secured it to a much more stable limb. Since then, we have had no problems. The trees are 35-40 years old and they assured us they are alive, and they put pellets with liquid up under them to assure the tree gets water. We can count on them. We do not have a contract with them, only called them on a "service as needed" basis. Leaves pile at the bottom, causes the tree not to get water, but the pellets allow them to get the water. I didn't comparison shop. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

They are very professional. They were here on time and made sure I was happy before they left.

Bartlett Tree Experts did nice work. They did what they had to do. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. The yard looks better with the work they did on the trees. They are educated with arbor work.

The person who came out to look at our trees was very knowledgeable and knew immediately what the problem was. They gave us a very reasonable quote for the amount of work to be performed and arrived exactly when they said they would be there to apply the treatment. The person who did the work had the right equipment and performed the work quickly. Excellent all the way around. We have hired them to do some more work as a result of our first experience.

Very prompt and professional from all associates. Very happy with everything. Alittle pricy but they are experts after all.

They had put some wires in the trees a year ago so that the trees would be more stable. They came over as soon as I called them. I particularly liked them because they just don't come over, look at the trees and say that the trees needed to come down. They would work very hard to save the tree. I liked that about them as I hated to see the trees come down and they did too. There was a tree which was looking a bit needy and so they did a lot of trimming. They also cut off some of the bushes around it that ended up looking like trees, from the back of the wire to over the roof. They generally made sure that the trees would look good for the winter. The trees are in fact looking good as we had few winds and storms since then but none of them came down. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves. They did not leave things in a mess at all. I had scheduled them twice before during the summer and both the times there were storms before they could come out. So, they diverted to other customers who had trees on their houses. I cannot say that they were not responsive because if I had trees on my house, they would be here too.

Team was very professional. Never drove equipment on lawn. Dragged limbs to chipper that was parked in driveway. Ground was pristine when they left. Before they left, they came to door & had me look over their work and asked if everything looked to my liking before they left. Tree looks healthy and more sunlight reaches to inner branches.

delayed the date of service due to heavy rain the prior week which was unavoidable but came to my house and did the trimming while I wasn't home, cleaned up and left everything looking great.

overall, the company was wonderful, from the promptness of their callbacks and estimate to the professional and extremely polite way we were treated every step of the way. they happened to find a birds nest while removing one tree and carefully relocated it closeby using every precaution to protect the birds. they were wonderful!

They came to give me an estimate and they gave me reasons for what they were going to do and why. It took me along time to set up an appointment with them. They arrived on time to do the work. They got the work done when they said that they would. They cleaned up after themselves. They were not the best at responding to my phone calls or following the directions in the messages that I left them.

THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY. IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM VERY LONG TO FINISH THE JOB. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING PROFESSIONALLY. OVERALL THEY DO GREAT WORK AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.

THEY WORKED DILIGENTLY. THEY WERE REASONABLE WITH THEIR PRICE AND RELIABLE. THEY ACCOMPLISHED A GREAT AMOUNT OF WORK IN NO TIME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY MEMBERS.
