Description of Work: Front loading washer was showing an error code: "F11". I had read on internet that when this code is seen, it means that one of two "computer" parts is not sending proper signals to the other. The problem can be caused by a malfunction of either one of these parts, but sometimes taking them out and putting them back into place will reset the machine. Called in the afternoon to schedule srevice call and Apex was able to schedule for following morning. As it turned out, it was somewhat unclear even to the service person why the machine wasn't working, but they had to take back off, pull CCU out and reinstall it in order to tell me this. Absolutely worth the price of this service call as the replacement cost of this part is at least $250. I definitely will call this company again.
