I was pleasantly surprised that the price was quite reasonable for all the work that I had done. They started the job the next day, but had to quit because of the rain. The second day they were there bright and early, and worked until they were finished which was around 5:30/ 6:00 in the evening. The guys were very friendly and professional and worked really hard to get the job done. I have gotten several compliments on the new driveway. From both my neighbors that live on each side of me and from neighbors that I don't even know. I have even gotten a compliment from a service provider that services our furnace and air conditioner who used to do concrete work. He told me that they did a really good job. The owner called me the first day, after they had left, to explain to me why they weren't there working and I understood it was because it was raining. He was afraid that I had thought that they were working on another project. There was a couple portions of the driveway that I did not intend to do anything with because I felt that they were in fair condition, but he called me again later on that day and gave me an estimate anyways in case I had changed my mind. I did not.

The entire experience was a very positive one. Jack was prompt in returning my call to inquire about having the work done and was able to fit our project into his schedule in a timely manner. He indicated the job should take one to one and a half days. They were able to complete it in one 9 hour day. The crew arrived early in the morning and within 2 1/2 hours had removed 1/2 the driveway and were pouring the first of 3 loads of concrete. The crew was hard working and worked well together. All aspects of the job seemed well coordinated and the finished result looks first rate. We would highly recommend A & B concrete for their excellent work.

Jack called on May 7 asking if they could come at 7:30am the next morning. The crew was on site at 7:30am. They took out the small grass section in front of the faucet, where the patio was created. They did a beautiful job.

Great Service. Received email response the same day of request. Met with the company next day and received quote. Quote was well within what I was expecting. Work performed and completed within week. Updates, with pictures, texted to me as process progressed.

.I cannot say enough great things about Jack and his crew at A & B Concrete! I called Jack to get an estimate. I described what I wanted over the phone and he stopped by the next day and left an estimate. I approved the estimate and he said that he had availability the next week. Jack called the day before to confirm the job and showed up bright and early to meet with me before I had to leave for work. The steps at the rear of the house had sunk at the front, pulling away from the house and making for an awkward first step. Jack recommended widening them by about six inches to make entering the house more comfortable and also raising the height slightly to make the first step down a uniform height. When I returned home from work around 3, the job was already completed. The only evidence that the crew had been working was the forms and the new concrete. Otherwise, they had thoroughly cleaned up their mess and had even rebuilt part of the decorative wall around my flower bed that had to be redone in order to widen the back stairs. Jack called to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction and arranged to meet me the next morning to pick up the forms and payment. (The estimate was a true reflection of the final cost.) We had a great chat -- he's a warm, friendly person as well as an excellent contractor. I'm 100% satisfied with the work that was done. I love my wider back stairs. It is considerably easier to enter the house, especially with groceries in hand. The cherry on top was when he offered to have his crew stop by and put my gate back on. (I had taken it off so that they could repair the section of back walk.) I highly recommend Jack and A & B Concrete for all your concrete needs.

Jack came the day after I requested an estimate, and arrived 2 days later to replace my sidewalk. Both he and his crew were very courteous and hard working. Their work was top notch, and they cleaned up after themselves before they left. They took care to minimize any damage to my yard. I could not ask for anything more!

We had a driveway that was terrible, roots had lifted up large parts of it making it uneven and dangerous. The driveway also was so narrow that we could barely park two cars side by side without getting out in the grass or flower bed. I asked that A&B concrete remove all of the old concrete including the front porch and widen the driveway to 21 feet. They started the project on Tuesday morning around 8:00 and worked until around 5:00 the first day. They leveled the ground and hauled off the old concrete from the porch and drive which included a large amount of maple tree roots. They put the forms in and about 3/4 of the driveway was poured that day. On Wednesday they had to finish the approach to the road and remove the forms from the concrete. The entire driveway was hand finished and looks beautiful. A&B concrete was punctual, professional and the job was one of the best concrete jobs I have seen done. Jack and his crew definately knows how to get the job done neat and clean. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We are going to tear out our asphalt driveway and have a concrete driveway put in. They did give us an estimate, but we have added some things on and he has given us a discount on those things. The original was just for the driveway. He was going to widen it and it was about #3200. They were wonderful. They called yesterday and said they would be here this afternoon, and then they called me this morning and said they are going to be here this morning, so they are very good about letting us know and keeping us updated. Their price was reasonable.

The A & B Concrete Team is great. They were very prompt with their estimate and started work right away. While doing the work Jack was great, he kept me informed with the progress of the job and made sure to consult me on any questions with the drive. They made quick work of the removal and replacement of my drive, and the finished product is even better that I had hoped. I will definitely use A & B for any other concrete work I need done and highly recommend their services.

A & B responded promptly to a message left for them, and showed up within two days, as promised, leaving a quote for a set of steps that we needed for a side door. I called back after seeing the quote and asked several questions and said we had a custom design in mind. Jack, the owner, listened and asked intelligent questions and reduced the amount of the quote based on what we said we wanted. He said the work would get done within the week. It actually got done within three days - he called, said he could fit us in earlier and came by first to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. The crew and Jack showed up promptly, worked fast and efficiently, created a great design for us, and did a beautiful job. His design suggestions resulted in a far more attractive and functional set of steps than what we'd come up with. Not only did they clean up after themselves, they cleaned up after me - taking care of an old set of steps for me at no extra cost. Everyone was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. They're nice people and they do great work. The price was more than fair. I'd use A & B again in a heartbeat. They're just excellent.

Excellent service - prompt, considerate and excellent work. They were able to complete the job the week before we were scheduled, always called to confirm, always showed up on time in clean uniforms. The workers were also excellent - friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use A & B Concrete again at any time. I will refer them to any of my friends or customers.

I contacted several concrete companies and this one was the only one that responded - maybe they don't want the work and that is why the priced the job so high!

When I called for the estimate, Jack returned my call and actually came out to do the estimate on the same day I called. When I decided to go with A&B to do the job he was able to get me on his calendar within a couple of weeks, but then actually did the job even sooner in order to accomodate my schedule. He let me know exactly when they would show up to do the work; they were there right on schedule and finished on schedule in spite of having to work in extreme heat and humidity; my street and driveway are also rather narrow and it was not easy to get trucks and equipment into the most convenient locations for the job. They dealt with all the inconveniences with no complaints. He and his staff were courteous and professional. My new driveway and porch look great. I would definitely call them again if I needed more work done.
