Kelly Cleaning Service

Kelly and his employee arrived 15 minutes early and were extremely pleasant. They were very conversational and explained the process very thoroughly. I had a couple questions and Kelly was more than willing to answer anything I asked, often offering additional related information without my prompting. Though they had scheduled 4 hours for the cleaning, they were able to finish in 3. They even cleaned the furnace filters too, for no additional charge. Ultimately, I could not have been happier with the service that was provided. The price is not cheap for the duct cleaning, but is in line with industry average from what I could gather. Regardless, it is very well worth the money spent. Having seen the amount of dirt they took out of our ducts, I could not be happier with our experience.

Even though you could tell I had vacuumed all areas, they vacuumed again. :) then they pretreated, then cleaned, brushed up the carpet, gave me spot remover & booties (booties to use until the carpet was dry) The carpet was pretty much dry be late afternoon! I have used Kelly's service before for carpet cleaning (a couple times) and wouldn't use anyone else. I also had them clean my heat runs once - another great job. They come in, do their job, are willing to come back should they miss something - but I've never had that happen. Hire them - they do great and you will be pleased.

Polite, professional and focused on getting it done right. The equipment they use leaves your carpets clean without the soap residue. They not only clean our carpets but have taught us how to keep them cleaner longer. You can't make a better choice.

They came in, moved the furniture, vacuumed, cleaned the carpets and put everything back where it was with a minimum of inconvenience and fuss. Great Job.

Two ladies arrived promptly. Listened to and looked over areas of concern. Worked hard and diligently the entire time. Changed the sheets on the bed. Washed the windows. They literally worked on their hands and knees scrubbing the bathroom floors.

Kelly did a wonderful job. I read about him and his business on Angie's List. The business is located in Grand Ledge but we were moving from the Lansing area to the east side of Grand Rapids. The additional cost for travel was well worth it, I would recommend them.

They were wonderful. If we point out a spot, they would really work hard on it and in our case, we had a spot from my dog so they worked real hard till it was gone. We have not used anyone else and they are the only ones that we would call again. Their price was average and they provided top quality service.

She did an amazing job at a great price. We were thrilled with the work and the fact that she got the job done in one day. Totally worth the money, and we are considering having her clean on a regular basis. We are also going to have her clean the house that we just sold prior to the new owners taking possession.

They did a great job. My carpets looked better than I thought they could. The guys were on time, worked quickly and carefully, and were pleasant. Also, when I called to schedule service, I had the choice of whole room or traffic-pattern cleaning. I really only needed traffic patterns and stairs cleaned, so that saved money and the hassle of moving a lot of stuff unnecessarily. It was such an easy process that I'll do it more often.

Overall we had a very good experience. Buffy was very helpful in providing pricing over the phone as well as scheduling in a timely manner. We are very happy with the job completed. The stains came out of carpet and everything dried quickly. Our basement has taken a little more time to dry due to the lack of air flow. My only criticism would be that the workers did not put styrofoam under our furniture in the basement so we had to do so in order to make sure there was some airflow under the furniture. I did call the company to ask about it and Buffy was very kind and said she would be sure to address it with the crew.

I have used them 3 times in the past year and they have always done a great job. On one occasion, a guest spilled a whole Starbucks grande mocha on the off white carpeting. Kelly came out the next day and got the stain completely out. I didn't think it would be possible. Most recently, they cleaned an area with pet stains and odors and it's now odor-free and looks great. Prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them.

They did a great job and were nice people to work with. They were professional, friendly, explained everything, and didn't push unnecessary services. They did the job quickly and the price was the lowest of other bids I'd gotten, too.

We like them and they are real good. We used them a time before and that is why we used them again, because we like them. They did a real good job and they are the only ones that we will have do our carpets again. They showed up early and they were very professional. If you have a spot, they work on getting that spot out to make you happy. They give you these little booties to wear on the carpet when they leave because it is kind of damp. They just seem like they are going to do what they came to do and they are going to do it before they leave. They are honest about if they thought they could clean the spot or not.

They did a wonderful job. Carpets look great! Dried in less than a day. They were very professional and knowledgeable, using a sophisticated truck-mounted system. They did the work in less than three hours. Very hard-working and friendly. Nice touches like special corner guards where the hoses went around wall corners. They finished with special brushes that lifted and combed the nap. We will definitely use them again ourselves, and have already recommended them to our friends.

They arrived on time, introduced themselves (the owner was one of the "crew"). After showing them which areas we needed cleaned they fully explained the procedure to us before they started. They were very careful with our furniture in the areas where they only were to do the "high volume traffic" spots. They were finished in the time they gave us and have followed up every few months to see if we needed any more work.
