They were on time, professional, explained things, and cleaned up. Very pleasant experience.

The crew that did this were extremely good and had no problem moving the furniture that we were not able to remove from the room being serviced. They did an excellent job of re-stretching our carpet.

Kelly Cleaning is excellent -- we've used them for years. They cleaned the carpet in four bedrooms, a hallway and on the stairs, cleaned an area rug and a couch. Fast, thorough, friendly and they leave everything looking great. Couldn't ask more from a carpet cleaning company. Highly recommended.

They were able to come out same day and successfully remove all of the stains. Keith was very friendly and professional - called before he came and was able to come a little earlier than scheduled. Will definitely use them again.

I scheduled an appointment with Kelly Cleaning Service to clean 1 rooms. I appreciate the reminder call the day before to confirm our appt. The service technician was friendly and did a great job. I had forgotten to tell him about a spot in the carpet and when I went back up to show him, he had already taken care of it! When he was finished he showed me each room and asked if it all looked okay. Carpets looked great! They called a few days after to make sure everything was okay and asked if I had any questions. I really appreciate their customer service!

This company was very courteous and did a great job. I was very impressed that they were able to get a tough pet stain out of our carpets that had been there for years. No other company was able to get this stain out. I would recommend this company to anyone.

There were magnificent. Ducts had not been cleaned since 1975...after their work, we finally have fresh air...huge difference. Workers were great...work performed in about two hours. Would recommend them to any and all...a terrific experience...thanks again !

They were professional, friendly, and efficient. Left me a bottle of spot cleaner and several pair of shoe booties. The owner even showed up to inspect the furniture spots. I had rust and iron stains and they came out beautifully. I have 2 cats and had several aquariums.

Outstanding! Arrived as scheduled and worked continuously until job was done. Pre-treated a number of areas due to pet stains. Final results were excellent - carpeting and furniture cleaned like new.

Kelly and Mason did a great job! Very friendly and professional. Every stain I hoped they could remove from the carpets was removed and even some I didn't think would come out are gone. We paid extra to have a pet odor treatment done and it was worth every penny. No pet odors when they were done. I couldn't have been happier with the service and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I consider the operation a failure. I still have just as much dust accumulating in my home as before. They were not able to access the majority of my air duct runs because part of my basement is finished. I suggested ways of getting access through the removable ceiling tiles, but they did not feel comfortable doing so. I imagine this is a common issue, since lots of basements are partially finished. They also left messes around my house. I had to vacuum up dust bunnies and pieces of drywall on my floors and furniture near vents. The worst was in and around my furnace, where I found fist-sized clumps of dust. Within weeks my new filter was filthy. Some of the vents they did not screw back on all the way, so I had to finish the job. I would not recommend their duct cleaning service, especially if your basement is partially finished.

First of all, Buffy the receptionist is one of the nicest people I have ever talked to when requesting service. She was very thorough in her explanation of their services and potential discounts that were available. We were able to schedule an appointment approximately 2 weeks after the initial call. On the day of the visit, Brandon and Keith were the two representatives that came out to our home. They did a walk-through of the house and then explained how the process would go. We ran into an issue with the dryer vent that resulted in Brandon and Keith going into the crawlspace to fix the vent. The process took about 3.5 hours to complete. We received a discount for including the dryer vent and for removing the vent covers ourselves. I really enjoyed my experience with them and would use their services again in the future. The only recommendation I have for them is to wear shoe covers when walking through a person's home. Other than that, I highly recommend this company for services!

I was very impressed with Kelly's Cleaning Service. The receptionist, Buffy, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the options and services available to me. I was concerned that the dryer vent could not be cleaned (and had not been cleaned in 20 years) because it was located under a very large deck. However, Kelly's staff was willing to crawl under the deck to get the job done. Both young men arrived on time and were very personable and professional. I don't think any other company would have gone the extra mile to make sure my dryer vent was cleaned and functioning safely. The additional cost was well worth it and very reasonable. You could not have paid me any dollar amount to crawl into that extremely awkward space that has not seen the light of day in 20 years. I highly recommend Kelly's Cleaning Service.

Good communication with the office on arrival time. Very professional, conscientious and thorough. The carpets look great. I really did not think it was possible to get some of the areas clean. Cleaned up afterwards. Easy, nice experience. Very good price compared to others.
