They are courteous, punctual and do a wonderful job. They are great about following up. I was very impressed with their service. They send follow up reminders as well and keep in touch. They are also reasonably priced.

Kelly's always does a great job. They are scheduled every other month to clean the carpets at my adult foster care home. They are always punctual, polite and get right to work. I have used many other companies, but have been most pleased with Kellys. I met one of the owner's sons a few years ago. We were at a marketing event in Okemos. I would just like to say this is a wonderful, family owned company that works very hard to do a great job.

They arrived on time and cleaned all the carpets in my rental house. They got all the stains out of the carpets. Stains I could never get out! I was very pleased and will definitely be using them in the future.

It went very well! Blaine and Branden made our old carpet look new.

Buffy returned my call and scheduled service, and also confirmed it via text and again the day before. Blaine and Mason showed up on time and got right to work. They were polite, cheerful, VERY professional, showed excellent attention to detail, and did a thorough, high-quality job. I am absolutely delighted. When the time comes to do my carpets in a month, you can bet I will call Kelly's Cleaning! Update: Buffy called 2 business days after the service and asked very specific questions about my satisfaction and how rapidly everything dried. I'm VERY impressed with the consistent followup and have decided to revise my "B" on professionalism to an "A." (Note: no one asked me to do this, it is solely my decision.)

Crew vacuumed all carpets then proceeded to use truck mounted cleaning extractor. Carpets came out Great.

Efficient, friendly cleaning crew; carpets dried within the predicted time-frame (24 hours) and look very good one week later. Helpful advice from scheduler about what kind of service would be best for the different rooms (not over-selling unneeded scotch-guarding, for example, and how best to accelerate drying). Followup call from the company the day after the work was done.

It went fine the were 30 minutes late but they called and that was fine with me. When they got here they went to town and cleaned the carpet did a very good job.

As always they did a wonderful job. Very professional, punctual and conscientious every time the come. Love the reminder calls and the follow up calls to make sure you were happy with their services. They did a fine job. kept in contact with us. we receive a reminder call of the time they would arrive the day before. Called the next morning from the actual 2 man crew coming out to say the job they were on in the morning could take longer than originally planned, ask if they could be an hour or so later, I said no problem we would be home. Same crew called back closer to noon and said they were back on schedule and wanted to know if it would be ok to come to our house at the originally scheduled time. Very good at keeping the customer in the loop. Workers explained what they were doing and how long it would be before we could move things back ie. when it would be dry. They gave me some tips to speed up the process. turn up the heat, turn on ceiling fans put fans on the floor at floor level to better move the air. Everything back in place by 6-7:30 pm.

The company was very helpful. They even have two prices, in case you don't want to pay for doing the sides and the back. I opted for all of the surfaces. The company called the day before to remind me, then again to let me know they were on their way, and the day after to ensure that the work was completed to my satisfaction. Kelly let me know up front that because of the condition and age of the furniture, he would not be able to remove all of the hair. I pretty much expected that, but as the furniture came to me free, I was glad to pay to have it professionally done. I am very pleased with the results! There is very little hair left on the furniture, and they were also able to get some ugly stains out. Kelly recommended that I use a sticky lint-removal roller on the surfaces after it dried, explaining that doing so would remove more hair. I did so and proved him right. Both the office staff and the cleaning staff were helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Kelly and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work. He showed us before and after pictures of the ducts that he took with a special camera on a snake-like device. Wow! What a difference! We are just renting but air quality is very important to us as one of my daughters has difficulty breathing at times. It was 100% worth having this done. Kelly also offered advice for greater air quality in the home. When we turned on the heat for the first time (we waited until the air ducts were cleaned), there was no smell of starting up the furnace the first time of the year. Punctual. Professional. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend Kelly Cleaning.

Kelly arrived on time, explained the entire procedure and answered my questions. The job was well done,in time and precise. I have already recommended them to two other friends who intend to use their services.

THE GOOD: ? Punctual ? Mostly courteous ? Offer to do the walk-in closet for free (~$9 savings) ? Followed up with a call inquiring if there were any concerns. THE BAD: ? Did not meet cleaning expectations (left dark shadows in high traffic areas) ? Scheduled for 2½ hrs and were "done" after 1½ hrs (perhaps they could have worked harder on those high traffic areas) ? Got annoyed when I asked---politely---whether they had cleaned and Scotch-guarded the living room area wall-to-wall (since there was no evidence of having moved the sofa and tables); they became rude from then on ? Because of the owner's rudeness, I did not want them back in my house again, despite their follow-up call.

Kelly explained what he was going to do and completed the job in the estimated time frame. He used him camera to show me what the ducts looked like before cleaning, as well as after cleaning. I would recommend them.

My house is 64 years old and the ducts had never been cleaned apparently according to Kelly. The work was very thorough and I was shown before and after video so at the very least I have peace-of-mind. I have no complaints whatsoever and feel that the $245 was well-spent. Thank you Kelly!

They crew was early, explained to me what they were going to do, which technique they would use to clean the ducts and furniture. They worked hard, and were thorough. Very pleasant.

We called on Monday looking to have our carpets cleaned as soon as possible and they were able to perform the service the very next day. The two-man crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They were very polite and worked quickly. They cleans all three rooms, the stairs, hallway, and area rug in about an hour and half. The also left a bottle of spot cleaner for us as well. We hadn't had our carpets cleaned since we moved in about 3 years ago and there some very dirty areas that I wasn't sure could be cleaned. They all look brand new now. We will definitely be using Kelly's Cleaning Service again.

We chose the provider largely due to excellent reviews here on Angie's List. The office manager gave us a detailed list so that we could get an accurate estimate of costs. When we needed to reschedule, she was happy to do so. We were called the day before the service to remind us to move items away from the vents. The crew was very punctual and, while completely thorough, finished in less than the originally estimated time. They've clearly been working together a long time and were anticipating what the other guys on the team would need to do next. Our carpets look and feel renewed and we have way, way less dust in the house now.
