Description of Work: Carpet Cleaning. Excellent work. They called back right away. Did a great job. Our carpeting is older. We have raised a family here and clean the carpeting annually. Their prices are very good. I would recommend them and we will be using them again this fall.

Description of Work: Two very nice young men did the impossible and got access to my dryer vent inside a small laundry/bath room. They were early for the appointment and professional, and very kind to a woman who should have had the vent clean a lot sooner. I will use Kelly Cleaning Service again. Maybe carpet cleaning next time!

Description of Work: Entire duct clean-up + Carpet cleaning in two rooms and a hallway. |They showed up a little late (about 30 min late), but they called us up front and it was fine with us. They finished all the jobs within the time they promised to finish despite the 30 min delay at the beginning. They are a family business (father and a son), and their work ethic was good so as their service quality. Our little daughter had put some drawings on the carpets with markers, but those were completely gone after their clean up service and they looked as new. My wife especially liked this result. Overall, we were satisfied with their services, and we would use them again in the future.

+ 0 moreFrom the first phone call through the cleaning process things went phenomenal! The Kelly family is an extremely pleasant and competent group to work with. Father and son came to the house, vacuumed all areas and furniture, prespotted all areas, cleaned throughly and quickly and asked for my inspection. Any area I felt needed "touching up" was done without question and in a very pleasant manner. The actual price I paid was about 10% less than I was originally quoted too! I would definitely recommend Kelly Cleaning Service for anyone who is looking for a great job done by a great company!!
Description of Work: Cleaned carpeting in one large room, two bedrooms, hallway and stairway. Also cleaned an area rug, two chairs and one couch.

+ -1 moreFrom the first phone call they were extremely friendly and helpful. They scheduled right when we needed them and arrived on time. They set to work using all their own water and machinery. A father and son...both named Kelly...did the work. They were pleasant yet didn't spend too much time talking they just talked a little while they worked. They were so thorough. They even used a type of broom/raking device after they cleaned the carpets to bring up the nap. AMAZING Job. The carpets are still spotless, the two dog and one cat smell is gone and the furniture looks like new. Yesterday we received a hand signed thank you card. This is one locally owned business that we will use time and time again.

They were very fast in responding to my e-mail inquiry, showed up on time, and were very respectful of my home and very professional & pleasant to work with. My carpets still look great. Will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning in living room, hallway, family room, office and guest bedroom - they have three different cleaning levels, and I opted to do the classic level which is the middle level and includes moving furniture. Teflon treatment for added stain resistance in high-traffic areas.

Not a single stain remained and everything looked like new. They couldn't have been nicer and their service was top notch. They are now our go-to carpet guys.

+ -1 moreI am very pleased. The two gentlemen who came worked as a team and were very efficient. They prevacuumed, moved the sofas, pretreated stains and did a thorough, complete job. It took most of the rest of the day for the carpet to completely dry with the windows open and no fans.
Description of Work: I needed some carpet cleaning done - living room, dining room and hallway. They came exactly on time and did a wonderful job. They also did a "face" cleaning on my sofa and love seat, which is where they clean only the seating areas (not the backs or sides).

I prepared to have them at my house for about an hour but they finished quickly and showed me the work as it was being done so I could see how clean my carpet was getting. The whole process only took 30 minutes (max.). For the price and quality of service I will definitely be coming back to Kelly's whenever I need my carpet's cleaned. Another bonus was that I called on a Wednesday and was able to schedule an appointment for that Friday which was convenient because I often do not think to set these appointments up weeks in advance.

Price came in right at estimate; then added the carpet protectant when I asked for it, but did not try to sell it to me, or sell me the more expensive kind that I probably don't need. Very friendly and quick service. I would recommend him and Kelly Cleaning Service to anybody!

Description of Work: They shampooed around 1500 square feet of rugs in our home using a machine. They also cleaned out all our heating and air conditioning ducts. They spent about 2 full hours doing this and they did move some of our furniture.
