Description of Work: I used Kelly Carpet Cleaning to clean my carpet, including spot cleaning.

Description of Work: Firstly, our air ducts hadn't been cleaned since the house was built in 1955! Add to the dust of ages, the plaster dust of some recent remodeling, and they REALLY needed cleaning! Then, they cleaned several area oriental rugs. Finally, they cleaned an upholstered chair that my mother had taken to the nursing home, and while it wasn't too dirty or stinky, it did need cleaning.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaned for hallway, stairs, living room and dining room. We also purchased the Scotch Guard. This added a little more to the initial estimate which was below $120.

Description of Work: On July 27,28 the Lansing (MI) area was hit with two 100 - yr rain storms. Would you believe two of these on consecutive days? The window well in my condo filled with water and entered the basement through the caulking of the old 37 yr window seals, flowing down the basement wall and wetting a large area of carpet. I called Kelly (Lewis) on Thursday morning. I expected him to be inundated with calls and work given the rains of the previous two nights. I was told that Kelly's schedule was full for Thursday, but he would try to work me in. By mid-afternoon I received a call stating that Kelly and his helper has just finished a job a few blocks away and if convenient they could drop by to evaluate my situation. Kelly arrived in about 15 minutes reviewed the situation and stated that he still had several calls, but would complete those and be back later in the afternoon. He reviewed the situation more fully and Friday morning he arrived with water extraction equipment and set to work on the wet carpet. Additionally he obtained a large industrial fan and with the help of my two dehumidifiers the situation was restored to near normal in about 5-days. I was particularly impressed with Kelly's calm matter of fact demeanor and willingness to explain what he was doing and the rationale for his actions. The job required that considerable amounts of carpet be pulled from the baseboard. Kelly patiently and carefully reinstalled this and the job was complete and cleanup detail was fantastic. I will be calling Kelly again in the fall for my annual carpet cleanup. His excellent service last fall was what led me to call him for the July 27th emergency.

Description of Work: First, even though I had vacuumed, they vacuumed all areas they were to clean! Cleaned high traffic areas of my carpet - meaning they did not move furniture (my choice). Areas included living room, dinning room, stairs, loft area, landing, bathroom, and master bedroom. They also scotch guarded!

Kelly's did an outstanding job cleaning years of smoke, dog hair and other assorted gunge out of the air ducts. They were timely, professional and well worth the price. I will certainly be using them again and highly recommend them to others.

Not only were they the best and most through carpet cleaners I have ever had , they took special care of extra challenging carpet areas with great success. Kelly is prompt and very easy to work with, he is most knowledgeable about the variety of carpeting in homes and had a very efficient and thorough duct cleaning process. Great service!

Description of Work: Showed up right on time. (I thought the appointment was to be a week later -- my bad) However, entered condo and performed needed task (carpet cleaning) with "no fuss no muss".

Description of Work: Kelly's cleaned six rooms two set of stairs, one hallway and one walk in closet. I have very light beige carpet. Kelly's also removed most of a blue paint stain that had been in the carpet for over six months. I was amazed they were able to get most of the stain out. You can barely see it and only if you are looking for the stain.

Description of Work: Had dryer vents and heating & cold air return ducts cleaned in house built in 1918 and originally heated by coal. The ducts were covered in black soot from the many years before the furnace was converted to gas. This was the first time the ducts had been cleaned in the 90+ year old home and he had a LOT of dust, dirt, and black soot to clean out.
