Description of Work: Excellent service. Kelly and Jake were very prompt to arrive. Cleaned air ducts and shampooed carpet in dining room, hallway and 2 bed rooms. Very professional and courteous. Did a great job, I will definitely call them again for service.

When she was able to show up, she did very good work, but her availability was very limited. I want someone with a little more flexibility and reliability. | |Should she work through her issues, I would recommend her and would use her again. |

She was always on the furniture and after several attempts of trying to eliminate the oder, I called Kelly's Services and they were able to get the oder out. My only complaint was, it took a week for them to respond to my email. | | |

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in our living area wall-to-wall, plus the stairwell and bedroom carpets traffic areas. The living area was also treated with ScotchGuard to maintain stain resistance. We received a call the day preceding our cleaning, to go over arrival time and preparations. Kelly called to indicate that they would be 20 minutes late in arrival, which was no problem for us. They left us some cleaning solution in a bottle, to use in the event of a new spill. | |A week out, the carpet looks great!

Description of Work: The guys from Kelly thoroughly cleaned furnace ducts all the way from the furnace to the registers. They were careful with the home and professional in their behavior. Very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: I purchased a new house in MI. I called Kelly's and they came and cleaned all the carpets and cleaned out all the airducts. They did a fabulous job.

Description of Work: I call them Friday June, 10. They gave me estimate over the phone and e-mailed me the detail that what should I prepair for appointment and what I expected, because this was the first time I was using the carpet cleaning and it was very helpful, she was very nice and gave me all the informations. The day of appointment, Monday June,13 at 3:30 they were on time, they clean my living room, dining room and bedroom carpets and familyroom larg area rug, plus they cleaned my 3 door mat for free!! They are very friendly, Lewis Kelly himself spot clean the rug, after the bedroom which was the dirtiest one finished he asked me to check on that and when he saw me that I'm kind of questioning!! But he was right the carpet was old and never been washed before! But he was nice enough to wash it again without charge me!! They did great job, wonderful people, I can't tell how happy I'm.

Description of Work: Great service. This is the best my carpet has looked in the past 11 years. I have always used another franchise service until now and this is by far the best cleaning. We ususally do our carpets every 6-8 months. This cost about 25.00 more but the carpet looks new. Our sweet old dog had a kidney stone and there was a lot of pee stains that are all gone along with the pet odor.
