My home inspector found a small leak in my plumbing. I called Hedlunds because they are a local company. They arrived on time, promptly located the problem and made an appointment to return as he did not have the part required to fix it. He returend at the agreed time later in the week. I had to leave while they fixed the leak and felt totally comfortable having them in my home while I wasn't there. When I returned the leak was fixed. I was impressed how fast they located the problem due to the fact it was coming from a pipe behind a wall in my bathroom. A trim nail had been driven into a pipe causing the leak.

Very well. He made his best guess the first time, and when that didn't solve the problem he returned next day, did solve it and refused payment.

I was pleased with the quality of the telephone exchange when I called to make the appointment. The plumber arrived on time and quickly took care of my issues. He did what needed to be done - no more or less. He was personable and business-like. I used an Angie's list coupon, which saved me about $30 on the visit. I will hire this firm again.

Prompt and excellent service. They came the same day I called. The plumber was polite and friendly. He did the job efficiently. I always use Hedlund's because they stand by their service and do quality work. They installed my water heater a few years ago (before I was on Angie's List). The next week I thought something was wrong and they sent someone right out. It was unrelated to the water heater and he explained it to me very well. Although he was here at least 1/2 hour, there was no charge.

We had Dave do a lot of work on our new home. We bought a home that had many issues with plumbing and not only did Dave do a wonderful job being there for us, but he came out each time we found a new issue within a day! Although they were the most expensive plumber, the price is worth the timeliness, courtesy, and quality of work!

Called them in the morning and by early afternoon the technician was there - same day service!! He was very efficient and professional and done in just over an hour.

They are the most expensive but they have the reputation for being the best plumbers in Lansing. They are reliable and the work will get done right.

I?m sure they are a fine company but I got a slightly better price from a plumber I?ve used in the past so I went with him. I didn?t have enough of an interaction to make any real judgments. They were average but there wasn't any real connection and they didn't go above and beyond.

Sinks are cleared and work great. Worker said couldn't fix leak under kitchen sink without replacing faucet. We didn't get new faucet at that call, my husband replaced it himself. My husband replaced faucet himself and the leak was still there. He then realized it was a valve that needed to be replaced. This eliminated leak.

I had a bad leak in the trap under my bathroom sink, and was unsuccessful in fixing it myself. I called Hedlund because of their high rating on the List. I called on a Saturday, but since it wasn't an emergency I had to leave a message. First thing Monday I got a call to schedule an appointment later that morning. When the plumber first came in, he seemed a little brusque, but then I realized it was just that he was extremely efficient and wanted to get the job done in as little time as possible. He was in and out in less than half an hour, and the job looks great and works great. He even gave me my choice of using less-expensive plastic parts or much more expensive metal ones. ( I chose plastic.) I was charged a Trip Charge, Labor, and Parts, and the bill would have been a little less than $90. However, I had printed off a $30 Angieslist coupon, which he accepted immediately, so the bill was less than $60. I was very pleased, especially since several years ago I had used Meridian Plumbing and found them very overpriced.

I scheduled an appointment with this company, expecting to pay a hefty fee for having my outdated pipes replaced. After making the trip to my home and discovering that the problem had to do with a clogged faucet, rather than a major repair, the gentlemen from Hedlund voluntarily took the time to examine my basement pipes and hot water heater. Even though I inquired about possible future repairs, they did not try to convince me to spend money on unneeded services or products---they even denied the $10.00 tip I tried to give them! They did not charge me for labor, even though they could have, instead just charging me the regular fee for visitations. I was very impressed by these gentlemen from Hedlund, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Called to get bid on replacing valves and running pipes and they were $325.00 higher so we used another.

Hedlund wasn't the cheapest estimate but I would very much use them again and probably will with my downstairs shower in the spring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any job big or small. If you want it done right call Hedlund.

Very pleased. Dave was punctual and did the work quickly. He double checked that he did not leave any of his tools and talked to me during the process about what he was doing. He was here less than 2 hours, and he never stopped moving.

The work was done very efficiently. Everything seems to be working beautifully. The woman on the phone is very knowledgeable.

They always go above and beyond to satisfy the customer.

In each case, it was easy to schedule the work, all of which has been done very well and at a fair rates (especially with the use of Hedlund's online coupons). All of the plumbers from Hedlund have been very professional, courteous, and neat. They have completed each job in a reasonable amount of time.
