We had removed old disposal and done some work to get the other ready to install before they came. They came and installed the new disposal quickly.

Came when they said they would, Worked steadily and completed work in a timely fashion

Hedlund was very professional from start to finish. They came out, explained the possible options for what I wanted to accomplish, mainly getting hot water delivered from the water heater to the bathrooms at the other end of the house faster. A written estimate was given to me within 2 days. They were reasonable, in line with other companies. I chose them because of other reviews here and the professionalism during the estimate. Dave came on time and installed the system exactly as explained. He did great work and left everything very clean. The result was great. I now have hot water within minutes and the pressure is better than before! Highly recommend them

Everything went very well. We had no problems. He came on time and the gentleman was very nice and very professional. He did the job and the price was reasonable.

Hedlund came out very quickly, did the job in no time flat, and billed us less than we were expecting.

It was a good experience. The guy came the day after we called him. He had all the parts with him. I would use him again. The reason we called him was that they advertised that they handle the kind of furnace we have. I have not used anybody else, so I don't know how to compare them.

They came in and fixed a leaking pipe on my water heater. They also inspected my sink and fixed my sprayer without charging me more. I had a leak in my sink that I could not fix, and they took care of it for me. I thought it was going to charge me a lot, but they were really honest and reasonable with their prices.

I have been happy with them. They were not inexpensive. My husband dealt with them mostly. They were very pleasant. They came when they said they would. In the past I have had them do some work and I have not had any problems with them. They are more expensive than others.

On time, removed shoes worked quickly cleaned up - came back to fix slight leak in drain - excellent.

I did not find them on Angie’s List. The job went well. They were quick and efficient. They explained what they were doing. It was easy to get an appointment with them. The job cost me $280. I have used them before. Their price is reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

I had a leaky tub drain that was dripping into the basement and a tub faucet that was dripping. They seemed like easy jobs and I tried to fix them both myself but could not locate the leak, nor could I get the faucet handle off in order to replace its gaskets etc. Tom came out, and with his experience fixing the drain was very easy for him. The tub faucet had some corrosion/scale on it and it was tricky to open it up, but he did it. He replaced the internals of the faucet, and Hedlund warranties it for 3 years. Good experience, quick service, and Tom explained everything he did, which I appreciated since I like to do things myself when possible.

They fixed everything we asked them to for a reasonable price. Only problem was that a few days after they left, one of the main problems they were to fix re-surfaced. They did come back and fix it, but it would have been nice to have been fixed correctly the first time.

Did an excellent job!! Showed up when said they would. The plumber was friendly and knowledgable. Finished work fast with high quality. He cleaned up afterward better than it was before he came. Highly recommend.

Plumber, Mike, was on time, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He got the work done quickly and professionally. We were charged exactly what we were quoted over the phone, less a coupon that he offered us.

Excellent service! There was a bit of back and forth from the time of the estimate to the actual job, as we figured out what repairs to include and if we would purchase our new toilet directly (we didn't, had Hedlund purchase the model we wanted). Dave was thorough in both the estimate and completing the work in a timely, professional manner. I spoke with Tom Hedlund on the phone while trying to determine some issues on the estimate; he was very pleasant, helpful and professional. The work was done quickly; a concern, as our toilet was removed and it's the only one in the house. The estimate was on par with others that I had gotten, and I feel Hedlund's prices for the quality of work and peace of mind are reasonable (you get what you pay for.). First class, all the way!

The experience was short and sweet, hardly no time out of my day!

At the start of a first-floor bathroom upgrade project, we discovered multiple plumbing leaks in the ceiling under the second floor bathroom. In addition, we needed first floor drains moved and water supplies replaced. As an add-on, we wanted the sump pump discharge lines reworked in hopes of reducing the extremely loud noise it makes when in operation. The estimator for all this was prompt, had the best price of two companies, and was responsive to changes in scope of work that we made. What I particularly liked: they found solutions that saved us money, solved the problems, and even gave us more space in the bathroom closet. The workmen were professional, consulted us when they found options during the work, and were very tidy and careful to not create more wall/ceiling repair work than was absolutely needed. Results are better than I expected. I called them back to handle the next step in the bathroom remodel. They scheduled the work in the 2-hour time slot that I had, finished the work quickly (move and replace two drains), and took care of two small issues that I didn't think of. Very happy with them.

Excellent. They were quick to respond and very friendly during visit. Fixed the problem right away. I would use again if I ever have another plumbing problem. I did not have any recommendations for plumbers in the area so I decided to try Angie's List and it worked great. Thank you Angie's list. They were even running a coupon when I used them so I saved money. My membership to Angie's List has already paid for itself.

Mike @ Hedlund was there within 2 hours after placing the call. It took him 20 minutes to light pilot, change emergency valve. He went above and beyond duty and consulted on 2 toilets and my washer hookup. He was professional and extremely helpful. I will always contact Hedlund for any future needs. A+++++++++++++++

I found Hedlund Plumbing on Angie's List and sent an email to them at about 10 pm about my problem and the date I'd like to have them do the work. The very next morning, I received an email from Hedlund's, confirming the appointment time and the job. The plumber arrived at 8:30 am on the dot! He went right to work installing a faucet that prevents freezing (unless I leave the hose connected again!). He also hauled out an old water heater AND the carton the new one came in, and he answered my questions about how I could safely redo the venting on my clothes dryer, including offering advice on tools and materials I would need. I had printed out a $30 coupon from Angies List and he took that off my bill, no problem! I will not hesitate to contact Hedlund Plumbing in the future or to recommend them to friends and family.

Very well - the sink was extremely difficult to work under, they had the right tools, and completed the job very professionally.
