ProLift Garage Doors of Grand Rapids

I called for service and they came out the same day. I would like to note that they were late for the appointment but they called before hand to let me know. They were only 15-20 minutes late though. My door could've been services but the problem would've come back at some point. I then decided to purchase a new one. They had a lot of options but we got lucky and they had the one we wanted in stock. 3-4 days (including non-business days) I had a brand new working garage door/opener.

ProLift contacted me immediately with a good price and same day service. Jack the installer was Great! Very knowledgeable, professional, and really a nice guy. I would definitely hire him again, and will recommend him to anyone that could use garage door services.

Arrived on time, went right to work & never stopped until all finished. Cleaned everything up from the installation-would never know that anyone had been here.

Had two garage door estimates. The first company quoted me almost 1,300 for a whole new system stating repairs would outweigh cost of a new door. Prolift came and fixed it for $400, saved me just under $1000. Thankful for the second opinion and for their honesty, customer service, and quality!
