Very professional, even when they were booked for the day they found a way to come out and fix my door. The technician pointed out areas to monitor and talked me through how to make a minor repair myself. He was respectful and had my door rolling in less than 2 hours. You guys rock!

Great experience

My only complaint was coming early.

Kevin called and after checking was able to find a door that fit. Mark the technician came and took the old door down and installed a new door. After Mark was done he wiped everything down and made sure the garage was clean. The new door is quiet and works great.

Wonderful, they were able to come outside of my working hours. They worked with my decision to buy a non-standard lift motor. This made their job more difficult, but they stayed with it and did not charge me beyond the standard install rate although it took more time and I offered to pay more for their time.

It was a tough repair and he kept at it until finished.

Josh performed a pre inspection of the existing equipment, verifying the problems we were having. Everything about the install was neat and all the functions were demonstrated.
