Description of Work: We would not use Choice again. It took 11 months for them to complete our basement. Countless delays, poor engineering planning, labor issues. Owner promised that we were #1 priority, but there were weeks that we did not see them. Their office and process is totally efficient. Again, bad choice in choosing Choice Home Improvements.

Description of Work: The owner was wonderful and tried hard to get things corrected that were a problem the first time the builders came out. He sent back the same crew to make things right, and after that we just decided to fix the rest of the problems ourselves. The issues may seem petty, but I come from a construction family and know what a good drywall job should look like and when caulk should be used. There was way too much caulk and we will have to do some finish work before we can paint the walls.

+ -1 moreAfter obtaining four different quotes, I chose Choice Windows and Siding not only for the price, but more importantly because of the feeling I got after meeting with Justin Masiarczyk, company representative. From start to finish, everything was done as Justin promised. The two service men, Kevin and Scott, were very professional and completed the job with a high level of craftsmanship. They were more than accommodating and also came up with several creative ideas of their own. The final cleanup was done superbly.
Description of Work: A 24 year old cedar deck was removed and replaced with a new cedar deck.

It took a little bit longer than it normally would have because the weather was very very hot and there was a little bit of trouble with a could of the workers not being able to be there on certain days, although I overlooked this because the work was so well done. The windows went in quite rapidly, within two days.
Description of Work: Choice Windows and Siding installed 29 new windows and also did all of my siding and trim.
