Description of Work: Call them to diagnose no heat in a gas clothes dryer. They found the problem to be a failed igniter, ordered the part, and came back out to install it. No issues, and everything was clear and good value. I can't think of a way this experience could have been better.

Description of Work: Ended not using them, but I had an appointment. We ended up fixing the fridge ourselves but they did call one day earlier to say that they could get us in. Though that was good. If I need to fix my appliance down the road I would call them.

Description of Work: We were having a problem with our dryer not drying clothes very well. I am a little handy and didn't want to buy a new dryer, they helped diagnose the problem over the phone, sold us the right part and gave me instructions on how to repair it.
