Description of Work: Home Inspection prior to purchase. It went well, there were two people working on the home that looked through everything, once complete they reviewed their findings and followed up with a written report with images.

+ -1 moreI wanted a buyer's home inspection for my first home. I called and spoke with Ron and we arranged an inspection for a few days later. On the day of the inspection, Ron arrived early and went straight to work. I followed Ron around while he checked literally every appliance, fixture, door, window, switch, outlet, etc. in the home. Ron gladly answered my questions during the inspection and provided advice and tips regarding maintenance and possible problems to watch for in the future. Within just a few hours after the completion of the inspection, Ron e-mailed me a 15-page inspection report describing each of the items checked during the home inspection.
Description of Work: Performed a buyer's home inspection for a pre-existing home built approximately 15 years ago.
