I first contacted them and they came out and did an estimate and offered me two different prices for two different sized gutters. We chose to go with the bigger gutters they also recommended installing 2 new downspout to pick up more water flow. We set a date and they showed up on time they removed all of the old material and installed the new gutters in one afternoon. The work was done quickly, done well and done professionally and everything was explained to us. They cleaned everything up when they left and we were extremely satisfied.

Ryan showed up on time for the estimate and was very professional. He was very knowledable and knows his business. He gave me 3 options for the repairs/replacement. I picked the one that fit my budget and allows me to have the rest of my guttes replaced in the future without tearing out the what they did this year. He had a team at my house the next day. I came home from work and the gutters were on and the area was clean. Ryan and his team made the process simple and clean. I will have them back next year to do the other half of the gutters. This was a newly constructed home. The builder recommended 3G and when they came out to do the estimate there was some confusion with the builder as to whether or not 3G would be installing the facia and soffits as well. When the builder did not include the facia in 3G's order, Brett became annoyed about the delay it would cause to wait for the facia and soffits to be completed first. When the facia and soffits were finally done, there was a small section of facia missing due to insufficient materials on hand. This prevented 3G from completing all of their install at that time. I called 3G when the facia was done and requested they finish the leaf guard install in that area. We agreed to wait until Sping as the winter was upon us then. Recent calls to have the job I paid for completed have been met with some hostility as Brett now says the facia man should have put the last bit of leaf guards on when he was out there and to return now will "cost me money." I videotaped where my new gutters were leaking and sent the video to 3G. They sent someone out to correct the problem and finally finish the leaf guard install. They did make things right in the end.

They're absolutely the best. I dealt with Ryan for the siding crew and he is absolutely the most proficient person that I've ever worked with in the construction business.

3G was great. Extremely responsive. We called; they were out within 2 days for an estimate (could have been out the day following our call, but we were not available). They provided the estimate in and quot;menuand quot; format as we had a couple of items we weren't sure we wanted done now. They accommodated our election of 2 of 3 repairs. We called and they scheduled the work. They met the schedule -- they were on and off the property without us even realizing they had come. We expected an invoice to arrive, instead they simply expected we'd put a check in the mail according to the work performed per estimate. And of course we did. These guys are first class professionals. I couldn't get a return call from other Angie's List gutter repair firms, and one firm said they don't do repairs contrary to their A-rated Angie's listing. 3G responded and had the work done within 10 days.

They did a good job and they have quality of work. They cleaned up but what I didn't like about them was that it took them several days.

When the guys arrived to provide a quote, they called to let me know they were on their way and showed up at the expected time. Before they left that day, I was provided with a quote. It took a bit of time to schedule the install due to the weather, but was kept updated via text, which was at my request. On the day of the install, the guy called to tell me he was on his way, so I would know when to expect him. He arrived with an owner and they both worked on my gutters for the day. They were very pleasant and professional. They had to come back to finish up some work and did so within 1 business day. I'm very happy with the service provided and would certainly use them again if the need arises.

They quoted me for half-round, traditional style 5" and 6" commercial gutters. The work was completed while I was at my office, as was the quote. All my questions were answered by phone, saving me time and hassle. I met the owners when the job was complete, and I appreciated that they came to the house after my work day was done to make sure I was happy and answer any questions before payment. They were clean, they were knowledgable and talked me through my various options with regards to style, function, and cost. I will be using them to update the trim on my house soon, as I was so pleased with the gutters. No grade for punctuality applies because I was not required to be at the house while the work was being done, nor did I request a specific completion date when booking the work.

Were there for an estimate the day I called. Was blown away by their estimate, almost $1000 less than another one I received from and quot;big nameand quot; contractor. I checked some of their other jobs. The guys were personable and very professional. Work was accomplished next day. I asked for additional lengths on one old downspout, they were here today and did it. They added a beautiful connector piece that had two of my neighbors come over and ask them for estimates. I am getting estimates from them for painting, power washing and roofing! Great crew of guys who did the work!

Obtained a quick response for a free quote. Short delay in returning call to confirm repairs but once we spoke, date given to start, work was done and clean up was great.

The young men were courteous, answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. They are very reasonable in their price and will tell you what they are going to do for the quote they give you. Being on a fixed income that was really very helpful. Thanks again guys

Brett came over quickly for an estimate and they began work in a few days. The team was very nice and worked hard to complete this project in 3 days. All old siding was removed along with the gutters. Rotten boards had to be replaced and the front porch overhang had to be rebuild from years of water collecting under the siding. The entire garage and house got new siding and trim was done along all windows and doors. Brett suggested putting on a shingle looking siding on the peak of the houe and garage in a slightly lighter color for some contrast and it was worth every penny! Cleanup was good and the whole experience was very nice. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for gutters, siding or roofing.

We contacted 3G to obtain a quote on gutter replacement. I spoke with the owner, Brett, and set an appointment for him to come out and give us a quote the following day. When he arrived at our house, Brett asked me if there were any areas of concern. We had a couple--including a downspout that was rigged (very poorly) by the prior owners to move water about 30 feet away (this set up was necessary due to our pool). Brett came up with a better solution. Instead of running the downspout like it was, Brett recommended using a larger, 6 inch gutter on the back of the house, and installing a 6 inch downspout in a different corner to avoid the long run. After doing some measurements, Brett put together his quote, which was better than the competition (even with the larger gutter in the back). Brett showed me samples of the gutter and leafguards, and answered all of my questions. I called Brett the next day and scheduled the work. Brett told me his crew would be there the following Monday between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time, and immediately went to work removing the old gutters. The whole job went well. The guys worked non-stop from the time they arrived to well into the evening in order to get the job done in one day. They did a good job with clean up (the entire crew walked around looking for any bits that were missed), and while there are a few small scraps here and there, that was expected (among other things, it was nearly dark by the time they finished). Brett called me the following day to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I had none, but really appreciated the gesture. So far, we are very pleased with the results and would recommend 3G to others. While it hasn't rained yet, the gutters look great, and really add a finished look to our home. We have no doubts that the gutters will perform properly, and if they do not, we are confident that 3G will back up their work.

It went very well. To accomodate my schedule, they came out and gave a quote over the phone. I agreed and they did the work. In fact, the first time I met them was when I went to pay them, which was after the work was completed.

3G came the day on time and performed the work quickly. Also they cleaned the gutters (one side) which wasn't part of the quote. Overall, he performed the job adequately. I am satisfied and happy of the work. My only concern was that I did not receive any written quote or invoice of the work completed.

Called them, fast response, came out the next day to give quote, two days later did the work while I wasn't even there, they gave me a chance to inspect before taking payment. I inspected... looked good. I dropped payment off to them (though they offered to come pick it up).
