Overall very good experience with 3G. The estimator was knowledgeable, friendly and quoted a fair price. Ryan and Brian the repairmen were both great and did very good work.

Had a representative come out from this company as I had several leaking corner gutter miter joints. The process was explained to me which included disassembling the joint, cleaning out the old caulk, reassembly and resealing (recaulking). A guy came out, was here for roughly an hour, and all he did was remove some caulk from the inside of the gutter and replace it with new. 7 months later and $400 later, gutters are just as bad as they were. Company says they don’t ‘offer a warranty’. When the process was originally explained, the representative told me I would no longer have to worry about the leaks. The work was not done as described. Do not trust this company. I got scammed.

They were friendly and quickly replaced our gutters. Main issue we had is they left a few nails on the roof, and in the work area. They came back to clean up, but there were still a few nails left behind.

The quality of their work was poor. Called them to look at it. They came out and said it looked good from the road so they see nothing wrong with it. The flashing they installed look as if a 5 year old cut it and installed. it. They said that was the best they could do since it was roll flashing. The have never heard of Gutter Apron Flashing. [*** Link removed ***] It does exist.

Called the office and setup a quote because I read reviews online.I was happy with the responsiveness of the quote and how fast they were coming to look at my roof.The day of the scheduled appointment I get a call from Mark the salesperson 2 hours before my appointment saying he wasn’t able to make it to due to the fact he was in Chesterfield at the time.It doesn’t take 2 hours to get to Livonia from Chesterfield at 3 in the afternoon.So he said he would come out the next day and was a no show after I waited around for him to come because he said he would be in the area because he was taking his brother to the airport.The quote was never done and never received a call regarding coming out again.What a waste of time.

Quick to respond, good pricing and excellent quality of work. One thing had to be changed and a late addition to the original quote - all done without issue, quickly and professionally Highly recommended.

Excellent. They had to delay job to next day due to weather but they communicated quickly and showed up as promised. Work was good and price was right.

Stu with 3G came to give and estimate and demonstrated a solid knowledge of the services offered and cost of work. He was able to provide a detailed estimate before he left. The crew was professional, focused, and installed quality work on time. I would use them again anytime and will be recommended if asked.

3 g's did a great job installing new roof. Also, 3 g's did clean up well too. Dustin is very friendly, knowledgeable, and a good leader.

We initially met with Stewart who got the project going in a very timely fashion. All emails, texts and phone calls to Stewart and the office were returned very quickly. We were completely satisfied with the professionalism of their work. The crew lead by Jamey was 5 star, arriving on time and finishing the project in less than a day. They left the job site in great shape. We would highly recommend the 3G

A year ago we called 3G for a quote on siding and gutters. They sent someone to the house that gave us a reasonable quote, we told them to start work as soon as they can, we were given a date they would start start, they never showed up and were a no call. We called to see if they wanted the job still and we were told yes, someone had the flu, somebody was off , they were busy... blah blah blah!!! We set up another date and again!!!! No call no show!! Thanks for wasting our time!! If you don’t want the work just tell us that from the beginning!! You are full of lies and excuses. Do NOT trust the word of 3G.

Recently we decided to upgrade our house with some new siding, trim, roof and gutters. Doing our due diligence we decided to contact several companies. 3G (Jake) was the only company to come out, look at our project, ask what we wanted and send us a quote; no high pressure sales tactics or computer presentations were required to sit through. Jake didn't even require that my wife be present for him to show up, like several other companies did. We quickly decided that 3G was the superior company and moved forward with the project. Jake delivered color samples and gave us several addresses so we could visit projects that they had completed to see their quality of work. He also gave us addresses to houses that matched the colors we liked to help us decide if we liked them in real world settings. After we had chosen everything three crews were sent out to complete the various portions of the project and they did a phenomenal job. 3G's pricing was extremely competitive, their quality of work was excellent and they completely transformed my house into something beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

Dustin came out and gave us an estimate - within 2 days his crew did the repairs. This was a small job, but we were given prompt attention and service. We will call Dustin at 3G Home Exteriors with needed large projects in the future.

The team arrived on scheduled. Very professional and did a great job. The gutters look nice. They even hooked up my rain barrels for me and left extra downspouts in case I want to move the barrels in the future. It's been a few months since they did the job and no issues. Highly recommend 3G Gutters!

Exceeded expectations. They are busy, so I initially had trouble getting in touch with someone. I had an Angie's deal for gutter repair which I needed as the winter had left a dent in one of our gutters and we had various leaks. We also own a modern style house and needed special downspouts fabricated for it. Ryan is a great guy. He measured for the downspouts at least 3 times to make sure they would work. The repair work was great and the downspouts were the perfect color and style. There are some areas where I wished the downspouts better fit the walls- and some joints stick out a slightly little more than I would want them- but I am probably being anal retentive and no one would probably care, see, or think about it unless pointed out. I felt the price was fair and I would definitely hire them again.

3G is a great company! There is a reason they are deserving of their superior service rating. From the estimate to the job itself, everyone was professional and trust worthy. Ryan, the owner, quoted a very competitive price for the work performed. And Stewart and (I'm so sorry I cannot recall his name) the other installer were the best. They were courteous, likable, and did their job with a smile. They answered all questions I had and accomodated my preferences and addressed any concerns I had right on the spot. I will use them in the future when I get new siding and trim, and would recommend them to anyone!

I had water leakage into my walls due to missing siding trim and 3G was able to send a crew the day after I called them for a quote! Amazing response, and clean, quick work. I plan to have them replace all of my gutters as soon as we're ready to finish (paint) the exterior of our home.

What can I say , one of the best contractors I have ever used. WOW! These type of companies are hard to come by now a days . Great price and fast and friendly service. This company is a must use. Ryan Verbeke was very professional and helpful with all my questions. I felt safe that the job would get done, it did and on time with no mess left behind . AWESOME!

This company has scheduled and rescheduled several times, and then was a no-show today, after I changed my schedule around. I asked for a refund for this deal purchase.

They are very professional and quick response they come out only took 2 days to complete. (due to a rain delay might have been only one day) Awesome Company

I talked to Jake from 3 G Seamless Gutters Siding & Trim om 3/7/2016. I asked him if he would be interested in replacing a rotten facia board on my house. He said he was interested and would come to my house between 2 pm and 3 pm the next day (3/8) to provide me with an estimate. He also stated that he would call me about a half hour before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. I sat home the afternoon of 3/8th and Jake neither called or showed for our appointment. The no calls and no shows by contractors on Angie's List appear to be fairly common of late. This is my third experience with this kind of behavior within the last 4 months. I don't understand how these contractors receive such high grades and then don't show for a simple estimate. I am beginning to have my doubts about the legitimacy of this service.

They preformed well beyond my expectations. Having many homes in my area with Dutch colonial roofs, I've seen many trim jobs look like crap and we were afraid to get ours done because of that. After having 3G come out and discuss the repair and trim update, I was confident that they would do a good job. When they left I was ecstatic and now believe my neighbors will be jealous.
