Scott was a little late, but was very courteous and had an explanation. He brought everything with him. Did an excellent job; My husbands father owned his own plumbing business, so my husband could tell what kind of job he was doing. He answered my questions and didn't scrape any walls going in and out. He cleaned up his mess when he was done. Except for leaving for lunch he worked steady until job was finished. He tested everything out before he left to make sure everything worked.

Went OK. Cleaned outside unit and checked coolant. No problems.

I was very pleased with the service and the people who performed it. I have nothing to add, or subtract on this subject. Servicemen were very respectful and courteous. They got right to work and finished in a short time. I got an estimate, on the spot, for what was needed and how much it would cost.

Made phone call to business, explained problem, water spilling into basement when shower was turned on. Business gave us a time frame for service call (2-3 pm) Service man was on time assessed the problem fixed it within 20 minutes.

Terry Allen Plumbing did an excellent job for us! First, I really needed someone to come out right away. They had someone to the house within a couple of hours, as promised. The plumber was very friendly and helpful. He was very honest and allowed me to work with him where I could help. All the necessary parts were available in the truck, he didn't have to leave to retrieve any parts. I am extremely happy with the punctuality, service, knowledge, and friendliness of the plumber. Also, the person who answered my call was also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

The two men who did the install were super and very efficient and the sales rep. was informative and friendly. They had to figure out how to install the piping to go out to the back of the house without tearing up the ceiling and they did. Great job!

The estimator showed up on time and provided a detailed but understandable estimate. The crew was on time and worked hard the whole time they were at the house. They also finished the job on schedule. I would definitely work with them again.

He was professional & good. He was fine - I had no problems with him. I just didn't have the work done because it was going to be more expensive than I thought it would be. There wasn't a problem with their price, just the size of the work.

The man arrived in the timeframe given. The company called me before sending him out. He arrived and went immediately to the faucet. He told me he would take it apart and try to fix it without having to replace it. After that, he told me a screw was broken and he could drill it out. He did. It worked. I am happy.

They seemed to have done a great job.

Day after calling the company, they sent a very nice worker in uniform and in a company truck. Asked what we wanted and for what reason. He looked over the areas and sat down and explained to us what had to be done. Explain what had to be brought up to code, would get all permits. Quoted us costs.Set up date for them to start. They were here on time the next day to start. It toook them 7 hours and they were finished. We couldn't be more pleased with their work.

We have dealt with them before and have been pleased with their services. They provided a good service and a good recommendation for a furnace for the style of house we have. The also worked on our central air-conditioner to bring it back to good functioning condition. They followed up with us. All in all it was a good business experience. I would recommend them to other people. I would definitely A-list them.

Our previous hot water heater had not been operating satisfactorily for several years, so we decided it was finally time to replace it. I called Terry Allen first and received a quote over the phone. One thing I particularly liked was that, after explaining our problem, the person on the phone suggested something that might be able to fix the problem, rather than having a new one installed. I also called a few other local plumbers and found out everyone's information on what models they carried and their charges. Then I did Internet research on the specifications of the models. I decided on Terry Allen because of the model they carried and the fact that they have done other work for us and we have been happy. Their price was not the lowest price, but was competitive. When I called them back, I found out that they would be able to come out that same day and was told between what hours to expect them and that they would call when they left the previous job. The two men that did the work were friendly and efficient. I even asked them a question unrelated to the job they were on and they gave me some information. They finished the work in about 1 1/2 hours.

I called this company in the late morning and they were here within two hours, even though it was not an emergency. The young man took off his shoes in the entryway and did so each time he had to go out to his truck! This was very important to me as it was snowy and wet outside and I have new carpeting. He explained how I could save energy with my present appliances and made me aware of the current energy efficiency of my furnace. He told me that it was on the low side, but still adequate for my needs. He explained all about the workings of my furnace in words that I could understand and in no way did his tone imply that I was ignorant. He was very personable, friendly, and courteous, and even with all my questions took a very reasonable amount of time to do his job. The price was very fair also. Overall I would say this company did a very fine job! I would recommend them to anyone and will call on them in the future for some other work that was recommended to me. I am very impressed!

They were efficient. The last time around, they came out and gave me an estimate. I agreed and they actually fixed it the same day. I have used them several times, and their service has always been good. The people are good too. The service guy has always been the same local gentleman from their local company here. He last had someone in training with him and they were very pleasant. It was a pleasant experience. They are expensive, but they are good as well. If I find someone to cut their price tremendously, then I would probably go with another company.

When I called them they were very good and quick about giving me a price but they were expensive. They were good in answering me in all my questions. They were $200 more than the other company who I went with. Everyone in this area was around the same price. When compared to our area they were competitive but outside our area they would seem expensive and I think I would get more quality with less price. So that was the issue.

They were great; the gentleman who came out to give us our estimate was really helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed to have done. The installers did a great job and had it done in two days. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything really nice. I will use them again in the future.

Had a flood in basement and couldn't get gas to flow to hot water heater. Terry Allen response was excellent 24 hr service or next day. I actually had to put them off a couple days due to my schedule. Thought there was just sediment but ended up being the control valve which they replace about $110 part then install fitting on gas stove while they were there. Excellent, excellent service just a little pricey.

The rep came with brochures about what they would be installing. Answered all questions. A letter came confirming. It was impressive. Installers arrived at set time. Everything installed and cleaned up by the end of the day. We were impressed!

The overall experience with him for the work done was excellent. He was excellent in terms of price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. I would use his services again in the future.
