Description of Work: I had to enter my CC information upon requesting the company do the work but didn't know I would be charged at that time. They didn't come until a month later and still charged me another fee. Ridiculous way to get a service.

Description of Work: Guy showed up on time and did a great job. Carpets look fantastic and he took a little extra time with areas that needed it, not hiding or going around it. He explained what we were doing and even worked around my schedule and room placement so I could move the dog around him

Description of Work: Staff were professional and courteous. Carpet cleaning was not what I expected. High traffic areas showed no difference after cleaning service. Owner offered to return to re-clean, but scheduling conflicts prevented successful second visit.
