Outstanding customer service and quality of work from every WaterWork employee I dealt with from the courteous and competent receptionist who took my call and arranged for a crew to be at my house within an hour to the repair crew who expertly and courteously completed the job very quickly.

Excellent job. I thought we might need 2 or 3 different contractors to resolve all the issues. Mark managed to solve all of problems in about 2 1/2 hours.

Everything went very well. The technician had all the parts in his truck, even though he hadn’t been given many details. Our sump well is smaller than most, but he was able to fit it in. I would’ve liked to keep the old pump, but didn’t think to make that request until after the technician left. Called the office for it, but I guess it was already disposed of. Would hire this company again.

They were great to work with. Fair in their pricing and efficient. I would and will use again!

It went well. The company kept in touch with me and when the opportunity came up, they offered an earlier appointment than the one we had scheduled. The plumber who came was really friendly and helpful. He got me fixed right up.

We have used Waterworks plumbing for two different issues at our home. The first time, the plumber was great and he fixed the problem. The second time we had a small leak in a pipe in the ceiling and we may need a shut off valve added at an additional point in the basement. The plumber came and worked on the leak, I was on the phone with my husband who was at work since he set up the appointment. I told the plumber that it was getting close to the time I needed to leave to pick up my daughter from school. He said, no problem do you want me to just write an estimate for putting the valve in instead? This was all he said about the estimate, no further details. I said yes that’s fine we can tackle it at a later time. When he gave me the bill he outlined what was on it and added “and $95 for the estimate”. I asked for clarification and he was very irritable and said estimates cost $95, you get it off your bill if you have the work done. I admit, I should not have paid it. However I was on the spot and I had to pick my kids up. We realized within 24 hrs the leak he did repair still had a drip so it would have to be fixed again. The first time we called to ask about the estimate charge we were told “we will look into it and get back to you” - never did. We called to talk to a supervisor to discuss the $96 charge as we felt we should have been told there would be a charge for an estimate, especially when it’s almost $100 and the plumber was there for work we were paying for. They refused to let my husband speak to a manager or owner. They finally told him they would refund the $96 but only if we agreed to not mention the experience on social media. They then sent the email pictured. Even though this clearly isn’t a binding NDA, it’s shady, really shady. I came to find out at the BBB website they have a D- rating even though their online reviews are decent - probably because they do this on the regular to prevent people from giving them reviews they don’t like. So, my husband and I decided they could keep their $96. I would rather give them honest reviews online, let the community know when they were dealing with a female homeowner they charged hidden fees and then behaved as if they were put out to intimidate them when they questioned it and wanted to keep their irregular billing a secret from prospective customers.

Excellent! Prompt, courteous, clear in every communication, and forthright. The office called me ahead of the scheduled time and said that their professional person was running ahead of schedule; they asked if it was OK to arrive early! I really appreciated the courtesy. The workman came and did a very thorough and meticulous work. Some items in my faucet had bee stuck but he took care of everything with great attention to detail. The charge was reasonable and it was exactly what they had quoted when I first called them. My interaction with their office as well as the person who did the work was courteous, professional, and efficient. I will definitely hire them again whenever I need plumbing work.

WaterWork Plumbing is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! I have worked with many contractors over the years, in my professional career as well as in my private life, and I would put WaterWork Plumbing up as one of the best. Kenny was the plumber from WaterWork Plumbing that came to my home. He installed a hose bibb, and then I asked him to recheck recent plumbing work that I was concerned hadn’t been done correctly in the kitchen and bathroom. Thank goodness I did, otherwise I would have incurred water leaks under my kitchen sink in no time and he also corrected issue that I was having with toilet flushing. Kenny was kind and knowledgeable. He also was respectful of my home and put down fresh clean tarps over my white carpeting and cleaned up everything. WaterWork Plumbing are fair in their pricing and charge by the hour. Right after Kenny left, I immediately called his company and asked to speak to the owner, and I shared with him what an exemplary employee Kenny was and how grateful I was to have found their company. WaterWork was very prompt, very efficient and spontaneous to my urgent request for plumbing services. Mark, the master plumber, was awesome in his diagnostics. He quickly identified and solved all problems. I highly recommend WaterWork for all plumbing needs. I highly complement Mark for his skill.
