I felt that they were very over priced. They did a fine job we just didn't get to talk price. It was around June tenth. I didn't like the price. It wasn't nothing special but what they did wasn't bad. Interactions were professional. They could get a little more detailed, talk about price before the job.

I noticed a back-up had occurred with one of the sewage pipes in the basement. I called WaterWork Plumbing and they were able to send someone, Mark, out the same day. Mark came over right on time and quickly assessed the issue. He was very informative and was able to determine that the clog was with the sewage line running under the house and not the line out to the street. Mark was very neat, putting a sheet down to walk on to avoid tracking sewage up the stairs. I thought the price was very reasonable and would definitely call them again.

Chris & crew were professional and respectful of the other work I was doing alongside of them -- they came up with some creative, solid, and economic solutions to some tricky plumbing problems I'd run into during my renovation work. They set realistic estimates for both time & budget.

They have a service charge of $95 to come out and give a quote on the job. I called quite a few companies and they were the only ones charging for coming out to give an estimate on the job.

I called to have my main line snaked. The receptionist was very friendly and they were able to accommodate me that same day. The technician came out and was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond and eve helped me clean out a shower drain that I was having trouble with. I would definitely recommend this company.

Called Waterworks after having them snake my drain once before. I have always had to do it yearly because of roots but this time, just 3 months later the drain in the basement was backing up. I knew it wasn't good. Called on a Sunday and they said they could come out the next day. I had to work but had someone else in the house and they kept me up to date over the phone and explained that the drain was blocked far out towards the main line and only a 6 inch blade could clear it up. Unfortunately with the old style construction of a 1950s house, the trap did not allow for this. They had to break concrete in the basement to install a new straight style trap. Turns out the old trap had pretty much also disintegrated. They did all the work in about 8 hours THAT SAME MONDAY (crazy fast, right???), poured new concrete and cleaned up too! Put down tarps through the house so that the snowy slushy day didnt track in mud everywhere. The guys were very knowledgeable and had genuine excitement about their jobs so you knew they were going to do a good job. You can't ask for more! Very satisfied and would call back!

Responsive to my inquiry. Agreed to meet at the time that was convenient for me. Communicated with me by cell prior to arrival. Worked fast. Took care to keep things clean, and cleaned up after the work. Honored online coupon. I couldn't be happier, and would definitely hire again.

We are buying a house with a 300-year-old tree in the back. We were concerned that there was a risk of the roots encroaching on the sewer line. He arrived on time, told us how the procedure worked, and invited us down to look at the line as he inspected it. We had a few questions about plumbing in the home, and potential problems that could arise. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The price was more than fair. We will definitely call Waterwork when we have plumbing concerns in the future.

Bill did an excellent job. He first came in and surveyed the problem. He then told us the hourly rate and that he would have to tear through the drywall (starting with the softest area) until he located the problem. Bill was able to isolate the problem and fix it in good time. He was thorough and knowledgeable. After he left another leak cropped up. However, It was not related to the problem that Bill fixed. We contacted Waterwork and Bill returned within the hour. He knew what the problem was almost immediately and corrected. We have been leak free since. I was very satisfied with the work was that was completed. Bill was knowledgeable, professional and the cost for the work done was reasonable. Not only do I recommend Waterwork Plumbing, but I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

I met with a plumbing representative from the company at my new retail storefront for a quote to install a (3) compartment sink and a hand sink. So a few days later, I received a quote by email and in that quote it was written that we refused a permit to be pulled from the city, which was not true (anything commercial has to have permits pulled and plumbers that say they do commercial business should automatically know this). So I had to email the company back to have that changed and resend me a new quote. So on April 29th at 9:00 a.m. the plumber and an apprentice came to do the work, and when I asked about the permit being pulled, he said he did not pull it, and then kept trying to make excuses why I should not pull one from the city. Then realized that from the first time I met with him to even the day they were to begin work, he brought up two different scenarios that may need to be done if I get a permit pulled, which would cost thousands. So at this point I was so confused. But stayed adamant about getting a permit pulled. Then after deliberating for a long time he said, well then I will have to go make up a new quote and should have it to you by noon that day. It has now been two weeks, and never received a phone call or even an email. So now I feel that this may be a company to watch out for especially if it is commercial related, because again they should know that a permit needed to be pulled regardless of what they may say. However my biggest question is why waste my time and your companies time?

I called Waterworks to do our yearly sewer drain snaking maintenance. Patrick arrived on time, was very friendly and took his job seriously. He went through the sewer pipe with the snake until he felt the snake go in and out smoothly. He answered any questions we had. It was a great service experience and about a month later, I had a leaky faucet start in my rental home. The property management company we had under contract for repairs quoted us $800 to fix the faucet. I called Waterworks and they explained that the faucet handle was the problem and that if they ordered a new faucet, the cost would be $300. We went with that quote and dismissed the property management company. I will use them again!

This was my second call to Waterworks, based on impressive Google reviews. 1. I called and left a message on a Friday evening. They showed up (early even!!) as promised, the next day (Saturday). 2. The gentlemen who came introduced themselves, and explained every step of their examination process. 3. They explained what needed to be done to solve my pipe problem (under the house-- disconnected from a negative pitch- dumping water under the house in the crawl space). They gave me several options, at several price points (from "quick fix" to "your pipe will never move again"). 4. They were professional, respectful (the man of the house was not at home) and forthright. 5. They fixed my problem, and gave recommendations for how to car for my pipes over the winter. I cannot recommend them enough. It is so rare these days to even get a service provider to show up; much less show up on time, and do an exceptional job. These guys really take pride in their work, and they make plumbing problems much more joyful than they probably should be! :)

The three teams of workers that came were friendly, punctual, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves! The company response time was excellent. They explained what had to be done, why, and the process as they worked. I was pleased with all of them and feel confident about referring them to other home owners. By the way, this company was referred to me by another trusted contractor.st

He cabled-out my basement drain which was cogged by tree roots. While there I asked him to look at the basement toilet drain drip. I had simply shut off this toilet since we seldom use it. It turned out that the toilet also needed a new fill valve, supply line and flapper. I was happy with the service and the price seemed reasonable. I had originally just requested the drain clean out and was happy that he took the extra time to complete the toilet repair which was more involved than it first seemed to be

Waterwork first came out to unstop a toilet. About a week later, our hot water heater died. We called them in the afternoon, and they were out the next day to replace it. They gave an estimate at least a few hundred dollars less than another plumber through DTE. The owner and his employees are friendly, professional, and very responsive. They are young guys and do not seem like your typical plumbers in that they very personable, communicative, and pay attention to detail. Left my laundry room cleaner than when they came. I would definitely call on them again.
