Licensed and insured Master Plumber. We strive to provide the best service possible to our clients. We serve the plumbing needs of residential, commercial and industrial clients. We are a team of 10 individuals. The company is large enough to handle any project but still retains the ability to offer a personal experience. Our trucks are fully stocked with the majority of products needed to make repairs on the plumbing systems in your home or business. Normal business hours are 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday and 8:30 to 2:00 on Saturday. We offer emergency service 24/7/365.

I felt that they were very over priced. They did a fine job we just didn't get to talk price. It was around June tenth. I didn't like the price. It wasn't nothing special but what they did wasn't bad. Interactions were professional. They could get a little more detailed, talk about price before the job.

At WaterWork Plumbing we strive for excellent customer satisfaction. We are concerned about this clients review and have reached out so that we may be of better service to his future needs. Our initial reaction to this review was confusion. We performed this job on 6-15-15. The homeowner was present during service and signed that he was completely satisfied before paying the bill in full. It wasn't until this review was posted on 12-26-15 that we were aware that our client was dissatisfied. Please know that we are available 24/7 if anyone should ever be not completely satisfied with our company. We quoted our hourly plus parts price to the homeowner before scheduling to arrive at the home the following day. We were on time. We installed a new water meter, a new shut off valve on the house side of meter and misc copper pipe/fittings. Final cost was $262.50. Not $358 as stated above by this homeowner. It is our hope to resolve this issue asap. This is an open invitation from me, David Greylen owner of WaterWork Plumbing, to come to a fair medium for both of us. I noticed a back-up had occurred with one of the sewage pipes in the basement. I called WaterWork Plumbing and they were able to send someone, Mark, out the same day. Mark came over right on time and quickly assessed the issue. He was very informative and was able to determine that the clog was with the sewage line running under the house and not the line out to the street. Mark was very neat, putting a sheet down to walk on to avoid tracking sewage up the stairs. I thought the price was very reasonable and would definitely call them again.
