The plumber was on time and did a good job.

The plumber was fine, couldn’t really do one of the jobs I needed done, replace outside faucet. But he did complete the replacement of the inside faucet. The company tried to charge me $190 for the part that I went and got from my local ACE hardware for $39. Highway robbery!!!

Call Water Works out for an issue with my main drain and was worried it was going to cost a ton of money, Nico from water works came out and did a great job and explained what needed to be done and what he needed to do. He did a great Job and Nico was very professional and clean my wife was so worried about that !!! He kept me informed the whole time . He did save me big money by only doing what needed to be done. I will definitely call them back again when I need a plumber

We had been experiencing flooding in our laundry room, and I requested a quote from several different plumbers in the area. Waterwork Plumbing was very quick to respond and spot on in their estimate over the phone. The people whom I spoke to via phone were very professional, quick and empathetic. Jeff was our plumber, he showed up on time, was very social and friendly and FAST. He was very honest with the issue that we were facing and even offered to look at a couple of other things in the house. The honesty was the best part for me because we felt taken care of and that we weren't being taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend Waterwork Plumbing! Excellent!! Plumber arrived within the time period indicated. He was efficient and very knowledgeable He took care of the situation. He explained the problem and provided a solution. We are to call when a new water heater is delivered. What a relief!!!

I went to Angie's list, submitted a Service Request. they are the first Service Provider to call. I booked an appointment for them so that I can get an estimate. They went to our house. They asked me to pay for an estimate. He said they will give me the estimate immediately or early the next day which is yesterday. It's been 48 hours and they did not give me the estimate, we already hired another plumber. We paid WaterWork Plumbing for an estimate (152.55 dollars). I sent him two text messages but he did not respond to any.

Got it done! And advised. Will hire again.

On Tuesday, I called in to have someone service our home. We were having a major backup in our basement. Water was continuously flowing from our storm drain. Waterworks sent out a gentleman to assist. He went in the basement, snaked the line. And went to the backyard. We told him several times that our sewer line had just been snaked and there were no issues there. He snaked the sewer line for over an hour only to tell us that the issue we were having was likely related to shifted tiles and to call a foundation company. He never attempted to remove the cap on the flowing drain and snake that drain and he only snaked the storm line for 25 feet. $300 later, he left our home with the water still flowing. As a result of this, I went to the city and had them come out to see if there was a backup on their end, it wasn't. We made an appointment with a foundation company. We had to go and buy sandbags and a utility pump to try an minimize the damage cause by this continuously flowing drain. On Wednesday we had another plumber come out and he checked all of our lines, he assured us it wasn't related to a broken line or shifted tiles because the water would be coming up from more than one line. At the end of that visit, I called waterworks back because our issue still wasn't resolved. Niko came to our home and was very knowledgeable of what the issue was. He said he could attempt to snake the drain again, we discussed the pros and cons and gave him to go ahead. He used the same whip device the gentleman used on Tuesday. He cleared our drain at about 38ft. He was in our home less than an hour and we were required to pay him too. I don’t take issue with paying Niko. He helped me understand what was happening, why and ultimately he resolved our issue. Had he come on Tuesday we wouldn't have needed a utility pump, sandbags or even to involve the insurance company. When I called Waterworks to advise them of my experience, I spoke with Tanya and Kim. They stated they would reimburse me for the second call that was received but not the first. They apologized for the miscommunication but then said all the additional expenses we incurred were our choices. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one. She refused to provide me another individual and hung up on me.

When I first called, the manager/dispatcher assured me that the plumbers carried the parts needed in their trucks. Plumber #1 came and successfully replaced a showerhead (which I supplied) and then went to work on the heat control for the shower, but seemed confused from the very outset (how to get the cover plate off). Then he showed me the key part and explained that it should be working fine. But when he went to re-install it, he couldn't. After two hours he reported that 1.) I would have to replace the part, since he had no idea where to get another one, and 2.) it now had a leak and so we needed to turn off all the water in my unit until it was repaired. For this, he charged $350. It took me 3 days to get the new part for $135 (during which time we had no water) and when I re-called Waterwork to have it re-installed I asked for them to send a different pumber. Plumber #2 was cautious and meticulous. He showed me the old part and explained that someone had tried to jam it into place and so had damaged it, causing the leak. (The original installer or Plumber #1. Since there was no leak before Plumber #1, I think it was him.) He went online to the manufacturer's website to get instructions on installing the new part, and he did a careful and cautious (though slow) and successful job. And then he charged me $425. So they get one star for Plumber #2. But no stars for the incompetence of Plumber #1. And negative stars for a management that charged me $400+ to repair damage that they had caused and also made me eat the $135 cost of the part to replace the part they damaged. Horrible horrible irresponsible business practices. Do. Not. Recommend.
