The plumber assigned to this job (Arnie) kept in touch to let us know when he'd arrive. Arnie, Leif, and Zach did a fantastic job. They were efficient, good-natured, and allowed plenty of time for me to ask questions and to explain things. It was actually a real pleasure to have them here doing the work.

Each time WaterWork has been here they have been outstanding. A+

I called in the morning, they gave me a same day appointment. The plumber was knowledgeable, explained exactly what he was going to do, and did it (even tho I hovered nearby). Took the time to look at a couple other minor issues I was having. Did a quick tightening on one and gave an estimate on another project. I've never had much luck with plumbers, but this time was a very pleasant experience. Would definitely hire again (and will).

Service not performed. During the analysis of the sewer line in June, the plumber gave me a quote (which I no longer have) to clean my sewer. I called the office WITH a reference number to my file, and my first call the person quoted me a decent number (after reviewing my file). Debbie called me back (but she's denying that she speaks with customers, however, I have the voicemail from her) to give me more information on a video on their website. When I decided to go with Waterwork, I called back to make the appointment and the quote of $650 was once again given to me. When the plumber arrived, the cost was $1,200! He left, without giving me an opportunity to call the office and the office manager AND THE OWNER were rude, kept interrupting and unapologetic that their employee made a mistake. Debbie and David were unwilling to meet me halfway on the price or even listen because they kept interrupting. THIS WAS AN ERROR FROM AN EMPLOYEE (and the employee admitted it) YET THEY WON'T MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT! Terrible customer service. The conversation got heated because I was continuously interrupted by Debbie as I was trying to explain how this all happened. She knows her employee screwed up (even admitting she was new and didn't know some information (on the pros/cons of an outside access point)), but was unwilling to make the situation right. I asked her twice to stop interrupting me and the 2nd time, she told me she was not in kindergarten and shouldn't be spoken to me that way. Well, in kindergarten, they teach kids not to interrupt, so maybe she should go back and learn the basics. I called again and the owner, David told me to never call again, he wasn't interested in what I had to say, interrupting me as I was trying to talk to him and he hung up on me. Is this a business you would want to give $1 to? I hope not! Allowing people to explain their situation AND owning an employee error are foundational elements for a service business.

Work was done with high quality and in a timely and professional manner.

Dispatch contacted me several times. She was very nice, letting me know providers were changed and what time I could expect them. Chris arrived on time and she was polite and friendly. She got straight to work, explained the problem and resolved it quickly. I could not be happier with my experience.

I did not use this company, I forget if they would not give me a price over he phone, did not answer or was too expensive.

I am very happy with the outcome. The initial camera work showed it was a collapse of the sump line about 20' from the house to the main storm sewer. (Of course) I hated to have to replace it because it was a large, unplanned expense. The WaterWork team hand-dug the line because it was very close to an underground utility. I stopped by to check the progress on Day 1 and they saved a piece to show me how the old PVC line had become brittle and just broke and collapsed the line. Day 2 was waiting for the inspection and then back-filling. They left the yard in good condition. Thanks to the WaterWork team !!
